We have stayed several times at the Broadmoor and have never been disappointed. This is truly a beautiful facility to relax at. The indoor pool and fitness center are great. The view over the golf course from the hot tub is spectacular! They also have a few shops on the grounds that have very nice items that we always end... more

We took a midweek trip to celebrate an anniversary. We had been there years ago for a business meeting and had fond memories, but the 2nd time exceeded our expectations. The downturn in the economy doesn't appear to have affected the number of service people available to cater to guests' desires. We chose an intermediate room with a view of... more

We stayed for 4 nights in the west building. We stayed in the cheapest room there was with a view of the mountains. The room was big, bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was fantastic. We ate at 3 of the rest. and all the food was excellent. We did order room service once but I was not impressed. The... more

The Broadmoor is truly one of the best. Great facilities, great service, great food, lots of choices, and beautiful surroundings. When it comes to resort locations. This may be one of the top five easily in the US. There is nothing they can do to improve. more

Attended a conference at the Boardmoor in May, 09. What a wonderful experience. Will definately be planning a return trip! The only thing one must understand is that this is a premium property. So meals, drinks, etc. are going to be on the high end! All-in-all, a real gem; one of a kind! more

When they say the Broadmoor aims to please, they are RIGHT! Recently had my daughter's wedding there, and the entire experience was amazing! They were so accomodating to every guest, both young and old. We had several guests who required wheelchairs, and the bellman made sure every person had one. The shuttle drivers did a great job getting everyone to... more

The Broadmoor is the longest running 5-star, 5-diamond resort in the United States for a reason - it is phenomenal. The service is unbelievable. Every staff member of the resort greets you and will do everything they can to meet your every need. The property itself is as close to perfection as it can be. The setting is gorgeous, the... more

The views were remarkable on the property. I had a mountain view room with a balcony in the West building. I higly recommend staying in the West and asking... more
