I was surprised by the lobby when we arrived. Nice bar and comfortable area to sit and have drinks or food. Our room did smell funny though. I think we may have been in the back where the pets are kept. Overall, pretty nice stay just wish it smelled better.

From the free pick up to check out I had a great experience. Stacy and all the drivers were great they had no problem picking me up and dropping me off all week for my conference. I can't wait to come back.

The rooms are big and the beds were comfortable. The sink area was a little small, but there was another "vanity" area available in the room that made it up it. It's right of I-25 so it was very convenient location.

Wow, I had a room in the 2400's, but who knows how they are doing the numbering (2000 for 2nd floor, 400 for 4th wing??) . Walking, and walking through a maze of hallways and intersections, this is a big hotel. But its clean and the rooms are very nice, and the staff very friendly and helpful.
