What a beautiful hotel!! We stayed here for a week in June. Wonderful cooked to order breakfast each morning was just delicious and was one of our main reasons for staying here. Luxury abounds in this hotel...suites are well appointed with all amenities including marble topped wet bar w/refrigerator & microwave. Furnishings were above average. Oh yes, these beds will... more

Stayed at hotel from 08 to 11 May 2009. The place was a zoo. Teens were running around the hotel banging on doors, jamming elevators, and setting off alarms. This continued until about 1AM on both Friday and Saturday. Complaints to management did not resolve the problem. Sunday was quiet. Having read previous reviews, I believe this was not an... more

We had a great stay at the Embassy Suites in Colorado Springs for the 3 nights that we were there. It was very conveniently located in regards to most of the tourist sites in Colorado Springs. About 10 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from the Air Force Academy, 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods and about 15 minutes from... more

We went to Colorado Springs because our son was playing in the College Nationals for Handball at the Air Force Academy and that was where the team was staying. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was so friendly and helpful we couldn't believe it. The rooms were probably the cleanest of any hotel I've stayed in. Too bad you have... more

I tend to choose Embassy Suite properties for extended visits to an area because of the “suite” aspect that makes it feel less like a hotel room. My company is headquartered in COS so I spent a lot of time there – approx. 1 week in every 5 or 6 weeks. I have stayed there in excess of 30 nights... more

Nice property with trees inside open area. However, on closer inspection the property is well used and worn. The hotel is understaffed. Calling front desk the phone rings and rings. The bar was unattended and I finally got someone to pour a drink. The Pool is messy with water everywhere and bathroom in pool with an inch of water on... more

The hotel was very clean. We stayed in rrom 108, was near the bar area. It was farely quiet most of the time except on Friday evening, when you would here the door open and close, but it's not like we were sleep, and when we did decide to sleep, you couldn't here the music from the room, even with... more

We went with friends for the New Year's Eve Package. Great deal. Staff was accomodating and the celebration was safe and wonderful. We had our kids with us as did they. The kids had a great time. Beds were comfy, slept good! Cooked to order breakfast was wonderful. more

The pool looked like a toronado hit it. There were only 4-5 clean towels in the pool area @ 9:30pm on Saturday, when they are open till midnight. Housekeeping knocks on the door to clean room, doesn't wait for someone to answer door, and just opens door, walks in. I have experienced this 4 times at hotel, and was told... more

We stayed here Oct 16-19 2008, and thought it was great. We got a really good rate when we booked online, but accidentally booked a handicapped room. When we checked in I mentioned it to the front desk and they upgraded our room for free. We got a room with a fabulous view of Pike's Peak - couldn't have asked... more
