I booked our family vacation hotel stay online for 4 days. After a long 7 hour drive to get to Colorado Springs for our vacation we arrived, check in was simple but this being such a big hotel, I was surprised and alittle disgruntled to find out the easiest entrance with all our bags was only through the front entrance.... I stay in a lot of hotels and for the money the hotel was average. There were a couple of issues during my stay. 1) house keeping didn't come by on 2 occasions 2) kids were in the hot tub at all hours and guest could not enjoy the hot tub because the kids were using it as a swimming... More

I booked this hotel without reading the reviews because my work was hosting an event here in the morning, and it made sense to stay here the night prior to the event. This hotel is extremely outdated with the rooms containing old-school style plaid couches, plaid curtains, and rips in the curtains, for example. I arrived late at night, around... More

We booked our double queen room months in advance. When we arrived we were told that some changes had been made and they no longer had the room that I booked and had confirmation for. But they were so kind as to give me a roll away bed, that there wasn't enough room to use, and a fold out couch...all... More

My wife and I have stayed in several Embassy Suites throughout the US and as usual, the staff is fantastic. All the employees we had contact with were very friendly, courteous, and always willing to help in any way they could. While the complaints about the hotel needing updating are not unfounded the value is still fantastic. The location can't... More

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 20 years. It has lost some of its lustre. All Embassy hotels have much cheaper snacks these days so that wasn't really surprising. The breakfast was good and the evening wine was reasonable for the price (free). The guest rooms are getting dated and the bathrooms seems very small.... More

Our room was on the first floor, near the event area, so we could hear everytime someone walked by, early or late. The pillows were non supportive (down pillows), even stacked 2 high, so none of us slept very good, woke up with sore necks/backs. Hotel was very clean and staff was courteous.

Very nice hotel. Our only complaint was very thin walls (you could hear people talking in next room and also traffic outside) Otherwise, great experience. Indoor swimming pool was fun for the kids. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Onsite restaurant food was very good. We would stay here again.

This hotel needs some cosmetic updates .IE locking bedroom doors, balcony sliding doors that work, and some noticeable easy to repair items. The rooms were large and clean but the bathroom was small. Also the climate control between the 2 rooms varied greatly. The breakfast was good but needs some more choices for omelets,. ( only chedder cheese ) maybe... More

The hotel is a little sketchy looking outside, and inside is a bit dated. The staff was courteous, though, and the rooms were quiet. We had a highway-facing room, but the noise was muted and did not disturb us. The location was convenient to our 3 destinations: Focus on the Family, the Air Force Academy, and Garden of the Gods.
