My stay at the Econo Lodge was a very pleasant experience. The location is centrally located in between downtown, restaurants, shopping and historic sights. The room and bed was very comfortable and most of all best bargain for the room. Front desk agents were very accommodating and friendly toward my needs. I really enjoyed my experience and look forward to... More

I often stay here when I come down to visit my Mom . I get every thing I need , comfortable , clean, safe, WiFi. Convenient to everything . The Staff is helpful the room is clean , I usually arrive very late and they take care of every thing quickly and gave me in my bed in short order.... More

We stayed there over Memorial Day for one night on May 24th. The photo doesn't show that it is surrounded by houses. No resturants nearby. The carpet was very stained to our room and old. The motel is old. We thought the walls needed to be cleaned and the hairdryer only worked for a short time. Slim pickings on the... More

Well this place is definitely retro, but its also very cheap, has free parking and is close to downtown. However, the internet situation is unclear, whether it works or not, I'll never know, but I was only there for one night. For a night, passing through, having a meeting at the University the next day, it was sufficient. We are... More

I was very surprised when I read some of the reviews about this hotel. I have been here for a few days now while waiting for an apartment and I have never had better service anywhere. The first time I stepped through the door I was greeted with a smile and careful consideration to make sure I had the accommodations... More

Excellent location, very close to Colorado College and "downtown" Colorado Springs. First, the rooms do not open into internal hallways. The room doors open to the exterior of the building. Just be aware of that from a security perspective. In addition, the rooms all face the parking lot, increasing the potential for noise. There always seemed to be people standing... More

Where to begin? Number one, this place should recieve zero stars. After driving for 13 hours, my friend and I go to check into this place and it took almost an hour for the girl at the desk to key the card for the door. I had reserved a smoking room over 2 weeks in advance and they gave me... More

Usually choice hotels have standards that ensure you get what you expect from choice hotels. Clean, safe, reliable. this hotel is in a nice neighborhood but is not adding to it. Cramp and old is how I would describe this hotel. I saw substandard wiring in room. AC worked but rattled as did the bathroom fan. Continental breakfast was a... More

Arrived and was immediately turned off by the offensive men around the pool who just stared at me, check-in man checking out the singles websites. Then I get to the room and it was something out of the 50's. Hair in tub, grimy feeling and just plain scary. No fridge, microwave or even a clock, as promised by the 800#... More
