Wasn't expecting this place to be that nice, but what was annoying was the hairs on our bed sheets. They replaced them, but with the wrong size, and they replaced those with the right size the second time thankfully. The complimentary breakfast was awesome-belgian waffles, cereal, bagels, and juices. The sausage, eggs, and potatoes were in a little buffet. Wasn't... more

Great breakfast, constantly restocked and always fresh! The only downfall was that you could hear the people outside running by, but there isn't much the hotel can do about that. I requested a view of pikes peak and they even made that happen! The room was wonderful with a notty pine ceiling to give it a great touch! more

This hotel is very old and outdated. The linens, blanket and mattress were in bad shape. The heat/AC did not work properly. No internet access and only a few channels on TV. There was a large spider in the bed and when we complained to front desk they seemed very insulted but gave us a new room. The new room... more

Poorly managed property. Our group stayed in 4 rooms over 3 nights, for a family wedding in town. Highlights: the location is nice, the pool is refreshing, breakfast (if you are there by 9:30 am) is nice, with real orange and apple juice, bagels, eggs, potatoes, sausage, tea and coffee. Problems we encountered, in at least some of our rooms:... more

One of the things I require from a hotel is Internet access because I teach online classes. The BW PP Inn lost their Internet access (not sure of the problems, but seemed to be access points going down). I asked for a refund so I could move to a different hotel. Since I had not asked until 5:00p (I had... more

My husband and I and our two children stayed at this property during our Spring Break. The room we were given was far too small, the heat didn't work well and the bathtub would not drain. The walls are paper thin and you could hear people in the rooms next to us. There must have been a malfunction with the... more

I travel a lot and Best Western used to be my favorite place to stay at until I stayed at Best Western Pikes Peak Inn. There was a bloody towel in the bathroom, and blood stain on the side of the bed (I asked the front desk worker if someone got killed in our bedroom, she laugh as if I... more

I won this hotel through a prineline bid of 29.00, for a last munite trip to colorado springs. I read the reviews on trip advisor and was worried that this place would be a dump. On arrival the Front desk agent was warm and friendly. I was expecting a dump. The room was clean, well appointed for a two star... more

You could imagine my surprise when I bid 2* for a Priceline hotel and got this. Now for $30 I shouldn't complain but....... The walls really are paper thin. Our next door neighbor were talking normally at 8:00pm, and we heard every word; as if no wall existed!!!! The rooms are typically sized for a motel. I thought that Best... more

There is absolutely no way that you can check in before 3 at this property, not even if your room is ready according to the lady at the front desk. We got a room that was in the building closer to the front desk. The only way to control the temperature was to open the door to cool it off... more
