We booked one night at this B&B because we were traveling to C-Springs to see a local show and ended up asking if we could extend the trip for one night to make it a long weekend. We were accomodated by allowing us to switch rooms for the second night. It was fun as were able to take in two... More

Have driven by Old Town Guest House many times over the years, we live only 15 miles away, and an excuse came up to give it a try - very glad we did. It is a wonderful B&B with very comfortable rooms and lounge areas and the owners, Kim and Dave, are attentive and friendly hosts. In addition, OTGH has... More

My husband and I spent a long weekend in Colorado Springs. The Old Town Guesthouse was wonderful - the room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and Kim and Dave provided everything you could need (if you forgot your reading glasses, they had an assortment to borrow). Happy hour was a great time to get to know the... More

The owners were very accommodating down to asking our breakfast preferences and providing us with a delicious, ascetically pleasing and nutritious morning meal, complete with an array of local daily newspapers and spare reading glasses. Afternoon wine and cookies, while chatting with other guests, was another delight. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. Great location! We were within about 10 minutes from... More

My husband and I spent two nights here while in town for a class reunion. The relatively new owners were superb hosts both in friendliness and service and offering an impeccable inn. The cozy gathering room had large furniture and windows with a fireplace that served as a gathering spots for guests and offering wine, beer and snacks from 4-6... More

My husband and I stayed with Kim and Dave at Old Town on our honeymoon, and what a wonderful experience! The Oriental Poppy Room was so lovely, the hot tub was great! Our room was so clean and well laid out, and the bed was super comfy. Their cooking was also wonderful, and they were very attentive to my allergies... More

Stayed in Cactus Cowboy room. Sufficient size room, queen bed, small balcony that you can see Pike’s Peak. Room was clean, sheets very nice, comfortable modern water bed. Wine reception in the afternoon. B&B located in Old Colorado City, many restaurants and stores in easy walking distance. If you are sensitive to noise, this room may not be good for... More

We stayed only one night, but an absolute wonderful stay! We interacted with Kim primarily, but met Dave as we were leaving. They have only recently taken over the operation, but have a good handle what it takes to run the place I think. Very nice set up. Big item for a multi-level set up is an elevator! Nice to... More
