First of all let me say that I do not work for this hotel. I worked in the hotel business in maintenance for 10 years so I am somewhat qualified to assess this property. I could go on and on about what a great hotel this is but this one thing will tell you all you need to know. The... more

Best features: Nice breakfast (we thought it was good, our in-laws loved it). Conveniently located right off Route 25 + close to Garden of the Gods. Multiple restaurant options in the area. (We recommend Rotelli Pasta and Pizza out Centennial Blvd – great meal and the garlic rolls were AMAZING!) Good value for the price compared to other hotels we... more

This hotel was perfect for our family trip to Colorado Springs. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Continental breakfast was fully stocked from open to close. Our double room was spacious, clean, and very reasonably priced. Hotel is located within walking distance to several restaurants and offers discounts to these restaurants. Located close... more

Made reservation on May 14 for a July stay in a room with a King and Queen bed. This was important to us due to the number of people in our family and two were teenagers who needed bigger beds. Called again the week before to verify that we still had the room with the K and Q bed. They... more

This was an average stay. The room was nice as Quality Inn's usually are, the only issue was that the shower dripped non stop for the entire 4 days we stayed here. Besides that, the room was good, centrally located to all of the attractions, close to food and the highway. more

We visited the Garden of the gods while we were there and this hotel is close to it. There are also some restaurants within walking distance. Our room was clean; there's nothing to complain about. The breakfast offerings were normal including hot waffles, which usually has a waiting line. We stayed for one night and I wouldn't hesitate to stay... more

Stayed here for one night at a good coupon rate. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Staff was efficient and helpful with local information. The breakfast area is a little small for the size of the hotel, so it can get crowded in the morning. Selection is pretty good, though service could be improved (e.g. microwave was broken and nobody... more

Quality Inn & Suites was a pleasant place to stay. Very friendly staff. The rooms are located in a wing outside the office so going back to the lobby for tea/coffee or breakfast in the morning isn't quite as nice as if it's just downstairs or down the hall. But the rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast offerings... more

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites while in Colorado Springs on a business trip. I was very impressed with the exceptional service I received from this hotel. In my past trips to this area, I have stayed at the Hyatt Place next door, but decided to try this hotel which was considerably less expensive. I found the... more
