This a horrible place where to stay, I trusted hotels.com agent over this hotel and I should not. Hotels.com is one of the nationwide companies that exported business overseas, to Philippine to be specific. This Hotel is in ghetto area. I checked in in awful room with broken fridge which is a safety hazard no protective plastic and is rusted.... More

Very unclean room and was moved to another after several calls to the front desk. Other room was a little better but still overall dirty and not maintained. Still waiting for a callback from the manager who is more elusive than Bigfoot himself. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. More

Ask for any discount-clerk got upset and said "rooms go for 150 a night,we gave it to you for 95. We should of walked out then. Room dirty and smelled ( we paid extra for non-smoking- that was a joke.) holes in wall and trim coming off in bathroom. Toilet so low to ground , my knees hit chest. Shower... More

We reviewed your complaint.. You are the same guest who looked at 3 rooms before settling for 1, which was renovated. The front desk gave you the rates, and you reserve full rights to decline and go to a hotel of your choice, but it is absolutely unprofessional to stay at the hotel, then start making excuses to get a... I stayed here with three children for three days and it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We had requested a non-smoking room, and when we entered it reeked of smoke. We immediately asked for another room, and was given one option, which smelled of urine and musty/body odors. Both were awful, but we choose to keep... More

This guest stayed at our property for 3 nights, and each night she came to the front desk complaining that she was getting cigarette smoke smell, and that she wanted to change the room, and in that manner she stayed in 3 rooms in 3 nights, and she still had the same complaint in order to get full refund.. In... More

Upon arriving, noticed that the parking lot is unkept. Dirty sidewalks, trash everywhere, graffiti, etc. The elevator was covered in graffiti as well. Got inside the room and found unflushed urine waiting in the toilet. The walls and doors were filthy and looked like there was dried vomit on the wall next to the bed. After complaining to a seemingly-uncaring... More

First, the hotel is overpriced, even with the Seniors discount. We could hear all the traffic on the interstate through the paper-thin walls and windows. When we first opened the door to the room, we were hit with a bad smell -- old and dirty. The tub had some black stuff on it that looked like oil and dirt. I... More

We stayed at this hotel because we have stayed at Days Inns before with good experiences, and this location allowed pets and was close to my family's home. The photos on their website are totally misleading - this place is close to falling down. The carpet was filthy and sticky - we never took our shoes off. The door was... More

The room smells musty and the water temperature is barely luke warm. The people staying here are very sketchy too. It's worth the extra money to stay at a more quality place. More

Maybe it has gotten better since our visit but I highly recommend seeking another place to stay. The following is a list of problems. The reservation was for ground floor/ handicap non-smoking and we got 4th floor smoking. Room was filthy. Bathroom was filthy and had a horrible odor. The room ceiling had numerous stains as well as peeling wallpaper... More
