Am I stepping into the Twilight Zone? Like a living version of an old Route 66 motel. I love old 50's and 60's stuff so this was right up my alley. Frances at the front desk was just one one the nicest people I met in a town full of nice people. The room was very VERY clean. And it's... More

For the price of this hotel, this was a great find. My fiance and I wanted to explore Colorado Springs and this hotel( although located in a rougher area of town) was in a prime spot. Downtown area was only 10 minutes away, while Garden of the Gods about 15 minutes away. It was located right near the interstate which... More

The lady at the front desk was nice enough but her dog kept attacking my leg at check-in. Was in a very dodgy part of town. The lock on the bathroom window was broken. I ended up propping a chair up to the front door.

very basic motel with no frills which reminded me of my stay in Ireland. Our room had 3 beds and 2 baths which worked great for 3 older adults. bed was comfortable and room was quiet. the trip was for fun.

What a great little place to stay! We (5 people, 3 motorcycles) stayed there, our room had 3 separate bedrooms and 2 baths! We also had covered parking, which covered 3 Goldwings and a small trailer, which was perfect! The owner is so nice, she even came to wish us safe travels as we were leaving! And her little dog... Based on TripAdvisor reviews, my husband chose this as our home base for our Colorado Springs vacation. It is convenient to many of the attractions we wanted to see, but the neighborhood is a rough. There are plenty of chain restaurants nearby, though, especially at the nice strip mall down the street. The room is definitely retro, but at least... More

With all the commotion going on the day my husband and I left this fantastic little motel, I managed to leave behind my most treasured possession in the back of the bedside drawer (a little stuffed owl I take with me on all trips). I realized it Monday night when I was in Kansas City. Today is Thursday, and my... More

We stayed here for one night and rented two adjoining rooms for a very low price of only $79.00 before taxes. Excellent for the money and minutes away from our vacation destinations (Cliff dwellings, Garden of the Gods, Pike's Peak). We will be returning!

We got a three room suite with two bathrooms for less than $70! Both kids got their own "room" (no doors) and bathroom, and we got a separate room and bath. Our room had no windows, but big deal. The decor is still authentic 60's, and the car ports are a fun, convenient feature. The lady in the office was... More

We arrived but couldn't check in because the front desk was closed (and later than the time they said they would return-but didn't find out how late because we weren't going to wait any longer) but overall the beds and pillows were better than expected, and a woman living there was kind and let us pick out our room. So... More
