We loved it here. The only caution I would pass on is how close the hotel is to a busy railroad track. You can hear the trains all through the night but it probably wouldn't keep you up if you're a good sleeper and our room did happen to be on the side of the hotel next to the track.... more

Within the first 15 minutes of our arrival, we realized that we would not stay here again. It wasn't so bad that we even thought about leaving but it was just strange. The decor of the rooms was very 1960's in terms of colors. We were laughing about it but my wife assured me that it was sort of the... more

Stayed in the one large roo,m efficiency for 4 nights early in January. The room was great, bed, couch, flat panel TV, kitchen area. Very relaxing, just enough space. Our room didn't have an oven, but fridge, toaster, plates, dishwasher, etc. Free morning breakfast. Staff nice and helpful, they even moved us to a different room upon checkin with a... more

My wife and I stayed three nights in the Summerfield Suites in a double room (more modest than their suites). There are nice perks about staying in this newer extended stay hotel, including the in-room mini-kitchen, refrigerator, included breakfast, and manager’s reception in the evening. The staff there is outgoing, friendly, and helpful, and their attitude spreads to the folks... more

Bradford Homesuites in Colorado Springs recently became the Hyatt Summerfield Suites. Conveniently located off the I-25, but access to hotel is indirect, through the bank parking lot (watch out for one mammoth-size pot hole). The hotel rooms have been upgraded recently (still new carpet smell in the stairwells), with high-quality materials. In the king-bed suite, granite counters in bath and... more

We stayed on the 2nd floor towards the back of the facility. Quiet room, comfy beds and fluffy towels. Nice fridge w/ ice maker. They advertise continental breakfast but deliver eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, sausages, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt cereal, variety of juices and starbucks coffee for there or to go. Staff friendly, nice courtyard pool. Close to... more

We flew in from Nashville over the Thanksgiving Holidays, and stayed at the Bradford Homesuites I booked my trip over the web and I was very well satisfied with our whole trip. Our accommodations and the staff were great..I requested a quite room and they took care of me. The construction site around the hotel wasn't the best but we... more

The 2nd floor is the main floor of the hotel, and wasn't subject to renovation during my stay. The layout of the rooms varies, corner rooms are quite different to regular corridor rooms - there is one television in a regular room that swivels so it can be viewed from the lounge area or the bedroom; in the corner unit... more

The hotel is still under renovation. We were placed on the first floor, and had to use the stairs (the elevator on our side was out of order). The stairs lead us to one of the construction areas, where we walked through a mess in the halls. Sheet rock pieces, all over trash bins, etc. We also had renovations going... more

We stayed at the Bradford Suites Aug 8-10, and overall liked the property. It has an odd location, and if you are on the non-train side(which we requested on check-in) is really pretty quiet. The beds need to be replaced, way too firm. Made it hard to go to sleep. The floors are pretty thin, lots of noise our second... more
