upon our arrival the rooms were clean, staff very friendly and helpful, food was good, the only regret we have is that our first night there we were our room was facing the railroad tracks and those trains run all night long, it was very noisy but we we given a different room the next morning.

Staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. Big room, full kitchen, clean and comfortable. Staff showed me great places to run, and helped me find a place to get a glass of wine before bed. Breakfast was not exciting or high quality, but was exactly as expected for a free hotel buffet, and was hot, and clean.

I have never had such a nice hotel go downhill so quickly. As I stated in my review, our towels were torn on the edges, the bathmat was left on the floor soaked, most of all our Morning food service person was horrible. The bigger girl, not the one with the glasses.

We just returned from visiting colleges in Colorado with our oldest son. I booked this hotel through Hotels.com because it was a great price. SO glad I did. Hyatt House is now the official hotel for our family travel and my husband's business travel. We ended up spending one night at the Denver airport location as well. Social hour with... More

I stayed there due to the fact that it was close to Penrose Main, which was the hospital my husband was in. They were great, and while home is always best, they were the next best thing! When my friend and I left for the day to spend at the hospital, they left us with smiles and a "See you... More

Very comfortable "apartment hotel", complete with kitchen. It is a bit close to the train tracks, which can be noisy at night, so request a room on the opposite side for a better night's sleep. The breakfast buffet is not great, but if you are in a rush, it is good enough to get you going in the morning.

We love this place and stay there every time we travel to Colorado Springs. The rooms are very pretty and extremely big. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite which had a separate living room, kitchen, foyer and bedroom. The free supper on weeknights is delicious and the free breakfast in the mornings is great too. Clean, pretty, great staff, lots... More

Our family stayed here last week for the National Synchronized Skating Championships. We had a great time. The physical hotel: There is a major train and highway which run adjacent to the property; we NEVER heard them. Once we came out of the hotel, jumped in the car; my young daughter remarked, "Daddy there is a train here, a really... More

LOVED the Hyatt House in Colorado Springs!! Real food during the evening manager's special. Great breakfast with made to order omlettes. Clean rooms with ample space, TVs, and kitchens with refrigerators and cooking areas!! I couldn't have asked for more -- and at a great price! This is my place to stay in Colorado Springs!

Was out here for work visiting ISS. It has a fridge and kitchen. The furniture was modern and sleek. This place had a pool which i didn't use, a gym which I did use. Free beer every day after work with dinner and breakfast. You can't go wrong. It was about 10 miles away from downtown.
