Pros: The rooms are very large, the staff is friendly, and people in our group raved about the breakfast. Clean. Cons: There was a fair amount of noise from the street, at least in my room. The sofa in my room was pretty shabby and didn't look terribly clean, and the carpet was a little ragged. Even from the outside,... More

We enjoyed an overnight here as a quick getaway. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with great hook-up available for connecting to the big flat screen tv. Breakfast and the little bar were pretty good. Our only complaints were a very loud air conditioner/heater that must have a fan going bad.... More

This is a very nice hotel! I stayed there for business and it met my needs. Parking was plentiful and convenient, safe. Room was clean, no complaints at all. The room had a refrigerator and microwave so I was able to have my drinks cold and had some microwave eats. The breakfast was amazing! Not jsut typical breakfast stuff, nice... More

My husband and I stayed here the weekend of August 22, 2014 for our 20th wedding anniversary. We were in room 114 (guest room with King bed). It faced the front entrance and shared a wall with the women's restroom that was off the lobby, yet we weren't bothered by excess noise at all. The a/c worked very well (too... More

I stayed there for two different visits and a total of four nights. Never again. The first stay, I had a room on the ground floor in the front of the hotel. The room smelled musty, and had an older air conditioning unit. The unit was noisy, and I couldn't get the temperature to something that was comfortable for me.... More

Very Nice hotel, clean comfortable rooms, good views of the mountains from the mountain view rooms, the front rooms look at a highway though. The hotel is just off I 25 and close to Garden of the Gods park. The rooms are large ours was nearly a suite with plenty of room both for the king size bed and a... More

The hotel is one I'd stayed at in Cincinnati and enjoyed. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the amenities are fine. The GofGods one has an outdoor pool. Couple points: the location is off I-25 and buried behind a very busy road and a Village Inn. It is hard to find the first couple times and... More

In a three state trip this was the most expensive and least favorite hotel. While convenient, rooms near the freeway are, obviously, loud. Room we were placed in was slightly different than others at Hyatt Place hotels I've stayed at...not sure why...but did not like the layout. They were short handed when we checked in, so that took what seemed... More

It's been a couple years since I've stayed in a Hyatt Place and I forgot all the things that I really like about them. This property had great friendly service. the person checking me in asked if I wanted to be walked around to be reminded what amenities the Hyatt Place offers. The room layout is great with a divider... More
