All of the staff we encountered during our stay were so pleasant and clearly love their job. We relaxed, enjoyed the lovely atmosphere, and were incredibly happy. I stayed here for a business trip. Staff was helpful and nice. Room was big, comfortable king size bed and nice view. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because during check in they didn't tell us where the pool was or things the hotel has. Great place to stay

I stayed here for a week and a half on business for Fort Carson. It was lack luster at first but then grew on me, which is not really saying much. The location was excellent for taking trips to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. The hotel also was close to some newer, nice restaurants. The staff was very friendly and courteous at all times.

Stayed for two weeks for Business trip in February 2015. The staff very friendly and helpful, especial the concierge lounge staff. The room were clean and seem new. The mattress on one side was worn and should be replace.
