We stopped At the Rainbow Motel for one night after visiting Garden of the Gods. The price was great & the manager was very friendly & helpful. The rooms were very clean, though they could use an update in furniture. The free Wi-Fi worked good. We slept well & enjoyed the pastries, cereal, & juice that was provided for breakfast... More

We stayed here with additional family members the middle of September and thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Hosts Janina and Eric were so interesting, fun, and cordial! I purposely looked for a motel vs a high-rise chain, and am so happy that I selected Rainbow! The location is near to all the sights you would want to visit in the CO... More

We have stayed here several times and recommend it. The owners are very nice. Though it's on a busy street it's actually very quiet at night. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The cleaning ladies are very friendly, do a great job cleaning and making sure you have what you need even if you don't ask for service. We stay... More

My family often opts for chains because you usually can predict your experience. They were surprised when we pulled into the Rainbow Motel for our long weekend getaway. The front desk personnel (owners?) were cordial and helpful. The rooms, for a motel hat has stood more than 50 years, was nice and most importantly CLEAN. There was a cute and... More

Nice cozy motel that's probably been around for the past fifty plus years. My room had a king bed, television with Direct TV, dresser, two night stands, desk with chair, two additional chairs, microwave and small refrigerator. The room is small but there was still ample room to move about. The room, including the bathroom, had been updated I would... More

I have never in my entire life had bed bugs! I was staying at this motel for a few days and it seemed relatively clean, but really is very dirty! There were bed bugs in the bed! Thank God I noticed before I got into the bed! Not only are the owners rude and unhelpful, but the rooms are so... More

This a very serious accusation. We never had such a problem and we are making sure that our maids are aware if there is possible problem. We also have an exterminating company Global Pest Control that is coming every month to spray inside the rooms and outside just to avoid any possible problems. Thousands of our satisfied customers know that... More

Even though you can tell it's an older place, and it doesn't look like a five star hotel from the outside, don't let those things keep you from staying here. This place is run by a family and they are very kind and courteous, willing to help you with absolutely anything you need. We had a king bed room, and... More

All the great Colorado Springs attractions are less than 5 minutes from this quaint, little hotel. Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City and, of course, Pikes Peak are practically within walking distance from the hotel.....well maybe not the base of the mountain....but it is still very close. It is a well kept up older hotel with nice,... More
