The owners are delightful and quite helpful in making sure your stay is enjoyable. I think I might have been one of the few guests that asked for an iron and ironing board. They are working at renovating their cottages and guest rooms - several are all ready finished and very nice. Not quite a boutique hotel, but I think... More

Checked here after our other accommodations fell through and was pleasantly surprised! They did not have 2 nights available in the first room #108 since it was booked for the next two days but gladly offered to move us to a king room the next day for same price. The room had been renovated and had a small kitchenette that... More

The room was nice sized. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom was a little on the same side. The location was great. It has a very nice view of the mountains. We didn't get to use the pool because it was storming but it appeared to be nice.

Friendly staff, complimentary continental breakfast, and great location for everything my family wanted to do: Pike's Peak, Incline, Garden of the Gods, Cliff Dwellings, it's all right there! We had 7 people: 2 nine-year-olds, three siblings in their 30's and 40's, and our parents who are around 70. I booked us the Executive suite(sleeps 8) for $175 per night. A... More

Great motel in the heart of Manitou. Rooms are dated but clean and they have fridge and microwave. Internet is bad but go sit outside and enjoy the breeze. Walked to a great Mex restaurant close by and met some fun folks in the complex. Will come here again.

This cool, vintage motel was exactly what we were looking for. Refrigerators and microwaves in the room saved us a lot of money on eating out. It is family owned and all of the owners and staff were very friendly. It's literally about 10 minutes from almost everything we wanted to do. Great location.

We were late to the game booking our hotel for July 2015, so some choices were already full. Based on TripAdvisor reviews we chose this one. I was OK with Kitsch, in fact I wanted it. From re-reading reviews it may well depend on what room you get. Our beds were soft/lumpy as were the pillows. The bedding was fine... More

The good: The motel is cute, the room was large and comfortable, and I loved the old bathroom with the huge bathtub! My son and I enjoyed the pool and, and we all liked having a place to sit around outside our room on the benches. It had a nice touristy atmosphere and great views! The bad: The 'breakfast' was... Hi ! First as a military person you were charged $80.00 per night on a $95.00 per night room, that has king and queen size bed, so you already got more than military discount. To receive service you can't put the " Do Not Disturb " sign on your door knob and expect service. Upon checking in you were told... More

We stayed three nights at Rainbow Lodge and really enjoyed it. Eric is renovating rooms from the traditional motor court model. He showed us the next room that had a renovated bathroom that was quite elegant. The location is between Highway 24 and Business 24 and has good access to Garden of the Gods. We bicycled to and through it.... More

Very reasonable rates and a surprisingly tastefully decorated room with hard wood floors. Staff is very polite and helpful. They even allow pets and gave us a room with a grassy lawn near the pool for our small dog. Bonus! Location is near serveral nice restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend a stay here.
