I have had the privelege of staying at both Zeb's Cabin and Romona's Cottage on and off for the past 6 weeks. My only critique would be that the pictures online don't quite do justice to the beauty, coziness, and quality of these locations.

Bob and Sandy are great people that accomodate very well. The upkeep on Zebs Cabin was outstanding and the remodeled garage was fantastic. Great time for my wife and I!!!!

Sandy and Bob are sweet. The B&B is delightful and cozy. Sandy's breakfasts are divine and healthy and so tasty. The accommodations were clean and cute and with 2 teens we had Plenty of room to spread out in the Chipeta guesthouse. Great place to stay and super handy to Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak area.

We absolutely loved Zeb's Cabin!! This is an extremely family friendly place, they had toys, games, and movies there for kiddoes. Sandy was such a fun person and even made my kiddoes homemade chocolate chip cookies with chocolate milk (we were not staying in the bed and breakfast area). The Guesthouse was even better than we expected. Spacious, inviting, with gorgeous mountain views. Plenty of room to relax. Sandy served a fabulous, home-made breakfast every morning on our huge private patio and we are spoiled rotten now! Had the best sleep of my life here.
Easy access to Manitou Springs and Woodland Park make this an ideal location.
