I stayed at the Days Inn for a couple of nights while fishing in Basalt. Both DI and Comfort Inn, next door, are cheaper than Basalt hotels. Days Inn is ok. A large suite. Good front desk service. The room smelled like perfume covering up for a smoker. But, for cheap, I'd stay here again. I also stayed at the... More

Stayed here one night as we left Aspen. Really friendly, nice guy at check in. Clean room, quiet night. Good breakfast in morning. Only minor drawback is the really small bathroom, but that was a minor inconvenience. Highly recommend. More

Chose to stay in this hotel with my working Border Collies, as Days Inn Carbondale is a host hotel for the 2011 National Sheepdog Finals. They welcomed me with three dogs (arranged in advance). They are quite pet-friendly; even a couple of clerks had their dogs with them. Carbondale is a neat little town and about a half-hour from Aspen,... More

We had a great time in this comfortable and friendly Inn felt like staying with friends. What we especially liked is that breakfast (and coffee!!!) was ready every morning at 5:30 AM!! And the breakfast was great-waffles, french toast, yogurt, oatmeal, cold cereal, juices, and hot, great coffee!! More

Stayed 1 night in April. Hotel is okay. The comfort inn next door looks newer and nicer. Try to get a room with a view on the river side. We had a King suite with 2 tvs and a futon couch in the front area. Indoor pool with hot tub, we did not get a chance to try and we... More

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in for a long time. It was clean, quiet, well-located, large room, comfortable bed, in-room coffee-maker, mini-frig and microwave, friendly, helpful staff, ample breakfast (fruit, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, juice, donuts, waffles), ..... free wifi! Every year my husband and I go to the Colorado Mountains to see the Aspen. This... More

We (2 adults) found the Days Inn to be very quiet and clean. The room was very spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was really well stocked with waffles, hard boiled eggs, pastry, fruit, cereal, toast, bagels, etc. We liked the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff of this Days Inn is very, very friendly and it is conveniently... More

Despite its location at the juncture of two busy roads, I found the Days Inn to be quieter than I expected (I had a south facing room). The staff of this Days Inn is very, very friendly. The continental breakfast in the morning was good. I liked the indoor pool and hot tub. And the hotel is very clean. More
