I really try to give everyone and every place I visit the benefit of the doubt. I feel I did that with this Quality Inn, and I was very disappointed at every turn. The room was pretty much filthy, I found a crumpled towel behind the door that had brown stains on it. The door did not fasten securely, outside... More

Dog Friendly ~ Bar ~ Place to Eat at the Hotel ~ Clean Rooms ~ Lots of Pillows ~ Great Staff ~ People who stay here are very nice and friendly too! Wonderful way to start the weekend summer trip to the Royal Gorge.

We were tired of riding and this hotel was recommended by raft masters because they have a discount with them. It is an older hotel in desperate need of renovation. Some rooms have sliding doors with half the screens broken, dirty curtains, and metal braces for locks. They are pet friendly and the folks next store had a barking dog.... More

At first glance, this is an older "1960s style" hotel. Upon arrival, we noticed several motorcycles and several people just hanging out around the front door. So I was a bit skeptical. However, the staff was very polite and friendly while checking us in, despite the fact that the place was really busy and the phone was ringing every couple... More

Well maintained, very friendly & helpful staff, reasonably priced and a REAL continental breakfast. Request a pool-side room and soak in the hot tub after hiking Royal Gorge or skiing Monarch Pass. Check out the vintage shops and relax at a long gourmet meal at Le Petit Chablis. Talk to waiter & co-owner Michelle Petit about what her french gourmet... More

Easy to get to. Spacious room. Excellent staff. Stayed in the John Wayne room. It is an older hotel that could use some new touches but still is nice. The best thing was the lounge\restaurant in the hotel. Served excellent food at a low price and served as and nice spot to unwind in the evenings.

Have you ever looked at something from across the street, & it looked great but as you came closer your opinion changed? Well that is what I think when I came to this Quality Inn. Looks good when driving up and the employees are friendly enough, but it begins to go downhill once your booked in. First, entryways and both... More

This a simple hotel in a small western town with Quant charms, fames people's names are on many of the rooms doors who have stayed there. It's a little simple but my must is that any hotel be clean and it is. Nice staff and good free breakfast. Internet could be improved.

Hotel is within easy walking distance of The Abbey grounds and winery. A fantastic tourist attraction set on beautiful grounds. The Quality Inn has many rooms that have been host to dozens of stars; Lee Marvin, John Belushi, Jane Fonda, and Slim Pickens to name just a few. Has a nice pool and 2 hot tubs. A wonderful staff awaits... More

My girlfriend and I recently stayed here for a week and completely loved it. Some of the rooms around the hotel have plaques on the doors displaying the name of a celebrity that had stayed there. Besides its uniqueness the staff was beyond helpful. We came from out of town and they let us check in early to sleep after... More
