I've had better stays at this hotel in the past. There was a large contingent from Tunisia visiting the Canon City prison system and they were always in the breakfast area before us and made it difficult to find a place to sit to eat breakfast. The hotel needs to address a larger breakfast facility.

Everything was very nice! The staff was helpful and friendly. I had an issue with getting my deposit refunded but the manager was eager and efficient in making sure it ended up back in my bank statement within 2 days. Very quiet and easily accessible to the highway.

Two groups of kids stayed at the hotel. The hotel staff did not do anything to keep them in control and to make sure we could get sleep, rest or use pool. I was not honored for my Diamond status and requests at reservation were not granted.

This hotel only has wireless internet on the 1st floor and in the lobby. So if you need a wireless connection please request a 1st floor room or stay somewhere else. Freshly made cookies, coffee and tea were available in the lobby upon arrival.

We stayed here to visit family. Great view of the mountains. Great locations, plenty of places, close by, to eat. Rooms are clean, prices a reasonable. Check in and out were good. A variety of breakfast food to choose between.

If you want a quiet nights sleep, don't sleep here. The walls are very thin. The room itself was clean and nice. The breakfast in the morning good. Kids ran up and down the halls pretty late in the evening.
