I was absolutely blown away by this hotel. It was so intimate, well-staffed and gorgeous. The small casitas (bungalows) are extremely roomy (huge actually), very well decorated and also boast a lovely outdoor shower in addition to the in-bathroom shower with jacuzzi. The 30 minute walk to the Rio Celeste from a path that starts within the hotel is an... More

One of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was gorgeous and exquisitely decorated. Really adored the outdoor shower and our deck that overlooked the rainforest. Was great to be able to access the Rio Celeste river via a short hike from our room. The resort is truly magical, and we had a very relaxing, enjoyable... More

Rio celeste hotel is a cute hotel, you can visit rio celeste which is really blue and the Tenorio volcano which we did not go since it was raining all day. The shower outside the room is great and the restaurant is expensive but pretty good too. Rooms (casitas) are large enough for 5 to 6 people. The road to... More

While not the easiest place to get to, when you arrive, the journey will be worth it. The hotel is lovely. Each guest gets their own private building on some of the most beautiful grounds possible. The rooms all have vaulted ceilings and outdoor showers. It's like camping without the tents and uncomfortable bed. The main building is all open... More

This hotel is a hidden gem. It's a hike to get to it but well worth it. It's clean, the food is amazing, service is great and you feel like you are in the middle of no where. I highly recommend this hotel. It's a peaceful retreat!

The hotel is really hide away and has an adventures road to get there. But it's worth the trip! Beautifully located, wonderfull and very big and complete room (I can recommend room 4 with a balcony at the forest), friendly staff en nice restaurant. When we were at the pool on off the staff members came to get us because... More

Beautiful property with lovely surroundings and accommodation. The outside shower is a treat but the jacuzzi could be explained better as it did not work properly and I gave up as the water went from hot too cold to quick. So the bathtub experience never worked out. Not much around, so it is best to dine in and the food... More

This hotel is a gem in the midst of a beautiful part of Costa Rica. The Casita suite is luxurious beyond expectation and even boasts a private outdoor shower. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant provides a good menu and delicious food to match.

We stayed at Rio Celeste Hideaway one weekend and we are pretty sure that we will go again for staying more days. It´s such a beautiful and peaceful place, the service is excellent and the staff is very attentive. The restaurant is very good, kind of expensive but it worth it. If you have the time go and walk through... More

Excellent, secure facility with friendly, helpful staff, and great attention to detail. We booked two casitas for our party for four, and each room was quiet, spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable king-sized bed. Lovely lobby area with games room and lounge as well as an onsite restaurant which was very good. Wi-Fi was a bit slow. The road up to... More
