Amazing!!! We spent 2 nights here and loved our stay! The Rio Celeste park and waterfall are gorgeous, not many travelers make it here but it's well worth the travel! The Rio Celeste Hideaway was the perfect slice of luxury in the rugged rain forest. The grounds are gorgeous, the lobby, restaurant, lounge and of course rooms were all breathtaking!... More

Perfect place to get away from everything. Beautiful gardens, nice swimming pool area and really really comfortable and luxurious rooms. Amazing outdoor shower with a beautiful little garden in each room. 4x4 vehicle is a must to get there.

The luxurious Rio Celeste Hideaway Hotel is a welcome sight after the long, bumpy ride there. Our room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 5, with glass doors that opened out to the rain forest. We saw 2 baby agoutis nursing from their mother as we stood outside on our deck looking for wildlife. The beds are... More

Any fears of what may await you as you are heading up the very tricky road (and in our case in the dark) immediately vanish when the hotel entrance comes into view. From the second you arrive you are welcomed by beautiful surroundings and lovely staff. You genuinely feel like you have traveled to a little piece of paradise. The... More

The road is rough, but waking up to the jungle outside our window was definitely worth it! Bring your yoga mat if you're into yoga, as the rainforest will help you feel the zen. Take the time to do the hike in the park to the waterfall! And pay for a guide if you want to learn about the flora... More

I can't say enough about this place so I'm going to try to sum it up in only a few sentences. The atmosphere was just beautiful. The staff even more so, they are so friendly and attentive. We had the pleasure of getting to know Anthony, Ever and Grayby. They truly make you feel welcomed. I loved loved loved this... More

Perfect location if you're doing the rio celeste hike. A secret entrance to rio celeste is available via the hotel amenities where you can actually swim in the beauty of the river. During November it is rainy season, so it is very humid. Try adding insense/candles in the rooms to help with humidity smell, plus it adds for even better... More

My husband and I stayed 2 nights here during our 1 week in Costa Rica. It is a bit off the beaten track - isolated and a rough road in and out. But, worth it. We enjoyed relaxing in our gorgeous room and watching the rainforest from our private patio. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the food... More

I loved the hotel. It's beautiful, from the hotel you can walk to the river. Their food was amazing, the staff is super friendly and nice. I just didn't like the fact that there is no wi-fi in the rooms.
