We pulled off this exit on the way to Denver at about 10pm with the snow coming down pretty hard. We were just happy to see any motel and this was it. Room was old but clean.Old style tv. Bed was ok. Just happy to find a place to stop during the snow.

If you're looking for an inexpensive, zero-frills, quiet place to stay, then this is it. Is the place a bit run down? Yes. Should you compare it to a four or five star hotel? Not a chance. However, the sheets, towels, and floors were clean and the bed mattress was comfortable. The water pressure and temperature were very good. The... More

This hotel is perfect if your looking for a place to shower and sleep. The room I stayed in was in a serious need of an update, but the linens were clean, there was no microwave or fridge. There's a grocery store next door with a deli that serves pizza, hot sandwiches and breakfast too. The owner was very nice... More

This hotel is not posted on the hwy I found it online. Very inexpensive. Was worth every penny! Clean, great shower pressure, and exceptional service. The owner is very nice and the manager as well. If you are traveling I70 don't pass this one up, you won't be disappointed with your stay. Book direct for a better rate.

Room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Wi Fi was very strong. I thought it was worth the money. Although they said pet friendly the owner was not familiar with how people are with their pets. It's right next to the interstate so bring earplugs.

Always stay there when we are racing at High Plains Raceway in Colorado. Clean and owner is great guy, works his tail off to keep place nice, will stay many times again, great pricing too and cool little bar (the gold spike)around corner for good times

If they had rooms that looked like the website picture we didn't see them. We reserved based on a couple web reviews of the place and it was located about where we wanted to stop for the night. Extremely dated, worn and old; interstate traffic noise. On the plus side, sheets appeared clean and manager was friendly. Would not recommend... More

I stayed here on New Year's night 2014 when the highway was closed due to an ice storm. The owner was wonderful- friendly, polite and very caring, and worked hard to efficiently shelter everyone. I was given a very large room (which i ended up sharing once the hotel was fully booked). The room was a clean, warm, safe refuge... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here on our way back to New York from California. After driving all day, I wanted to get east of Denver (and all that traffic) before looking for a motel. Well, we ended up here. Definitely not the most luxurious or cleanest place I've ever stayed. Owner/manager was a nice guy but the room we... More
