We picked this place on Tripadvisor reviews for a quick overnight stay on our way to Denver. I must say that I was a little surprised on what I saw compared to reviews written. Cost wasn't too bad but this place is very dated and run down. Big rips in the bedspread, burn holes in sheets and blanket, dated rooms,... More

We got into Burlington at about 6pm. We like to try out Mom and Pop type Motels and after checking a couple of others, we decided to stay at the Chaparral Inn. The lady at the counter was very nice and had all her teeth unlike the other two motels we checked out first. haha. Couldn't have made a better... More

We had a great stay. Very clean room and always quiet. This place has the best water pressure in any place I have stayed. This location is just off the interstate and close to most of your eating establishments. I recommend this to anyone traveling I-70.

Just recently stayed here & it was pretty decent. I only give this motel 2 stars because of the Title. But the pricing is super cheap, its quiet, TV/fridge, polite front desk clerk, and convenient! buuut they had bed bugs.. Last year my family stayed there, had no problem.. except the pool looked disgusting & there is not a play... More

We always try to time our trip so we stay here when going from Kansas to Denver. We know we'll have a nice clean room. Just the basics, no frills but well kept and for a good price. Their continental breakfast is basically cereal and toast. It's kind of like staying at Grandma's house. There's a Denny's next door. We've... More

This is another one of those hidden tripadvisor gems. From the outside, you would just keep driving. It still has hotel keys they used decades ago. But the rooms on the inside are great, within sight of a Hampden Inn for a lot less money.

What a find this was! After a long day's drive, we were exhausted. In our search for a place to stay overnight in Burlington, some hotels/motels were just way too expensive; others just plain filthy looking. Someone tipped us off to the Chaparral, I googled it at McDonalds, found Trip Advisor and saw the many great reviews. Trip Advisor will... More

We were exhausted from driving and found this place on your site. It was very inexpensive and was just perfect. Aupwe nice and friendly front desk lady.... Coffee ready in the AM and cereals to choose from for breakfast. It's not a Hampton Inn...but we didn't expect it to be.....just a clean place to stop and get some rest. We... More

This is a really nice place. Quiet, right next to the interstate, places to eat and there is even a local general store. Which, by the way has a good selection of (slime) tire repair kits and plugs. The rooms come with a complete list of auto part stores, tire stores, auto repair shops, ect. Haven't seen that one. Parked... More

A very convenient hotel between Kansas City and Denver. This hotel is the best value we've seen in almost 2500 miles. It's defining an older hotel but it is clean, comfortable, and CHEAP! There is a good steak place less than a mile away and a laundromat three buildings from there. The two queen room was all we needed. I... More
