My son just got back from a week at Frontier Ranch with his high school friends with a HUGE smile on his face. He loved the physical setting of the camp especially the water slide. The interaction with the Young Life staff was life changing with eternal rewards. If there is one trip you can send your child to, this is the one. They will be ETERNALLY grateful (no pun intended). This is the real deal. Invest in your child's future with a week at this camp.

I came to Frontier Ranch for a Younglife camp my senior year in high school, so 2010. It was, and remains to this day, a trip I will never forget. I still look back and smile when I think of everything from the morning skits, to the evening lessons and concerts, to the pool relay races, to the vicious volleyball tournaments. But even more so, the camp has go cart tracks, repelling walls, areas for trail rides, giant harness swings...the list goes on. None of the kids at camp had our phones. It was a policy. And it was amazing. Like stepping back in time. There was so much to do though that you did not once feel like you were slighted. We had rodeo nights and luaus...I would tell anyone who has the chance to visit this camp to jump at the opportunity. I had to make a choice between this trip or a cheerleading camp that would have lead to my leadership of the squad (the year they got a national title) and I still have ZERO regrets about coming to the camp. The landscape was breathtaking and the memories are unforgettable.…

This whole place is built into the side of Mt. Princeton, so everywhere you go is uphill or downhill. Great staff to help with meals and activity ideas! It's absolutely wonderful with well maintained little footpaths that go in all directions. Lodging is more along the lines of rustic, but comfortable. The facility as a whole is awesome with it's own slides, screamer swing, pool tables, etc., but there is even more fun hiking the surrounding area for pure outdoor enjoyment. Chalk Creek is nearby and has good fishing!

It will be hard to put into words the expeience we had at Frontier Ranch. Froma facitilites standpoing, excellence is found at every turn. From an activies standpoing, there are many fun things to do that are thrilling. From a spiritual standpoing, FR holds a special place in my heart. To connect spiritually while at the base of a mountain enveloped in God's creation....words cannot describe it. If you have a chance to spend time at Frontier, you will never forget it. Yong Life has done an amazing job!

Came with Ransomed Heart for the Advanced Bootcamp, December 2014. We were very well looked after by the Young Life staff. Our dormitory and facilities were clean and the food was good. The audiovisual in the main meeting hall were also of a very high standard. Beautiful views of the surrounding valley and mountains above. Only problem was that, as a visitor from London, it took me about a day or two to adjust to the altitude. But that did not detract from the overall experience.

I've been going up for my church's Whiteout camp since 2009. Since 2011 I've been the lighting director for Whiteout and I was pleased with their makeover of their audio equipment even though our group brought in our own audio and lighting equipment. They do need better lighting equipment but for most groups that rent the camp, either what they have is fine or that group will bring in their own stuff. Another thing to consider is that they say they won't let you unhook their sound board, but that didn't stop us. And they didn't complain. I've have the best luck at this camp. And being on staff for a fourth year for my church's camp, I can definitely tell some crazy stories that students did. Some that were just incredibly awesome, some that ended up getting students sent home, and some that ended up being life changing for people. Overall, it's a great place to be! Also, THE SCREAMER is definitely worth the fear. It's a giant 50 foot(I think) swing that can hold 3 people. Overall, if you're a church pastor, school principal, or anyone looking for a place to hold up to 700 students, this is definitely the place to be!…

As an adult guest with Young Life Camp we were expecting one soggy worn out towel and lots of bug spray. NOT SO!!! This is a 5 star resort and we were totally blown away. Truly spectacular scenery, easy to get to, delicious food, immaculate grounds, gorgeous lodge and daily housekeeping etc... And tons to do!! We hiked a 14K peak, there is a pool fed by a naturally warm spring, gardens and trails, repelling, horseback riding, frisbee golf and a large fitness facility. I cannot wait to go back and maybe even consider using the lodge as a convenient place to stay when skiing at Breckenridge.

Are you looking for a place in the Rocky Mountains for some type of retreat or get together? Well, you just found it. My church hosted an event here this past weekend and didn't regret any part of that decision! Home cooked meals including daily fresh baked breads, outdoor activities that are exciting and physical, comfortable beds, clean clean clean and their staff go over and above to be sure you are comfortable. Go to their website and check it out. You won't regret it.
