We stayed at this hotel 5-6 years ago. And, while the stay was fine, the rooms were dated and worn. Fast forward to Labor Day weekend 2014, the room we stayed in was completely updated and modern. With the renovated rooms and great views, I'd easily recommend this hotel.

Small condo, perfect for a hotel room. We were there in the fall, so was good for hiking nearby as well as close to downtown Breckenridge shops and restaurants. Hotel has a small, but well-stocked kitchen, nice, small balcony (ours had a nice view of the lake full of geese and the mountains). Staff was friendly, and helpful with our... More

Great family hotel, close to everything. No air conditioning but you did not need it. They had a ceiling fan and a small fan. Garage underneath the building, made it very convenient. Walking distance to town.

The staff, the location, the views, the huge pool and hot tubs, the weather and the spacious and modern rooms - 5 stars in every respect! Everything is so walkable and relaxing, dozens of restaurants and shops right outside and the hotel feels brand-new. Best of all, the staff makes you feel so comfortable it's well worth the trip. Love Breckenridge, the scenery, shopping, cool summer nights, the hiking, biking and wonderful dining. It is everything I look for in a great vacation. But having the perfect place to stay makes it or breaks it. If you want a comfortable, convenient, compact, clean and well supplied studio or one bedroom apartment, consider staying at Marriott's Mountain Valley Lodge. This... More

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here in July. We made a last minute reservation by phone for their cheapest studio room. We requested a quiet room away from the elevator. We received a fabulous room on the seventh floor with gorgeous views of the mountains. It was very quiet. Front desk staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The... More

We went to Breckenridge to enjoy the snow. We don't ski but we went snowmobiling and sledding. The location of the hotel is awesome, we were able to walk all around Breckenridge without having to get our vehicle out. The view was fantastic. For skiers there is a shuttle right at the hotel to get to the lifts. I would... More

We stayed one weeknight in the Downhill building, seventh floor studio.. The unit was good sized, clean, and everything worked. Very nice views. A short walk out the back door to main street. It seems that in the studios, the beds are all Queen size, so if you need a King, you need a one BR or more. The TV... More

We were very pleased with this property. We stayed in a studio that had a full kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and furnishings were good quality. Walking distance from the main shopping area of Breckenridge. We stayed in the summer/ off-season and really enjoyed the access to great hiking.

Close to downtown so everything in Breckenridge is within walking distance. Clean rooms, modern amenities. Beautiful views. Staff was very nice and friendly. Parking kind of stinks, but it's not that big of a deal. Much better than the resort in Vail.
