was there last week, first of all NO A/C !! HAD to leave windows open and the construction was NOT relaxing to say the least, room was in terrible need of updating, the resort itself was in terrible shape, carpets were run down to the floor and smelly, and the elevator was a bit scary, wondering if it was going... We had a big, roomy suite, which we enjoyed. However, we were given inaccurate information beforehand about the TV/DVD which would be in there, and this was important to us because my husband is hearing impaired. He would have brought different assistive devices had I been given accurate information. An assistant manager bent over backwards to try to help us... More

It is all about who is closer to the mountain. Ski in and out place. No need to fight the crowds or need to take the gondola. Perfect place for a meeting. Summer fun activities are close by. Restaurant on site. No breakfast is not included in this place.

After searching the top listed hotels and told full, given a higher price than online we went here discouraged and upset. But opening our room we were impressed. Plush carpet, updated room, soft beds, many tv channels, multiple hot tubs, indoor outdoor heated pool. Best place we stayed in CO over a 10 day travel! Wish we could go back.

My husband and I stayed at Beaver Run for a weekend with our 20-something son. The room we stayed in was comfortable and roomy. With two bedrooms, two baths, a common area and a kitchen, the space was more than adequate. Not fancy but that was OK. My main complaint is that our room faced the street. We were unaware... More

Stayed here with my husband and friend before the spartan race. Very hospitable staff. Great room for the price. Only downside was the prices which were outrageous in the gift shop. Bring your own snacks and take the shuttle downtown to save some cash. Great stay otherwise.

We had a great stay at Beaver Run. We have 2 teenage children and all of us had a good time. We asked if there were any upgrades available. We had to wait until our second evening, but they were able to provide an awesome upgrade for us. We moved from a one bedroom suite to a 2-story, 2-bedroom/2 bath... More

My husband and I went with his 84 year old mother and 86 year old lady friend along with my brother and teenage son. The visit was perfect. While 4 of us went golfing, my mother-in-law and her friend took the free shuttle into town for the afternoon. When they returned, their purchases were too much to carry, so Mitch,... More

This was our first visit to Breckenridge and Beaver Run and I must say we were very pleased. From the minute we walked into facility and our room everything was clean, neat and perfect. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help out with whatever you needed or asked for. The hotel providers a bus service to and... More

Excellent hotel, clean, quiet. Very close to many restaurants, a lot of choices, you can find almost anything you want. There are a lot of activities going on outside within minutes of walk from the hotel. Only thing is that this place is 3000 meters above sea level. Might feel short of oxygen in the night.
