Went to Breckenridge for a little skiing and stayed at the Waterhouse with ResortQuest. The place had everything I was looking for and more. It was a two bed two bath condo with a wrap around porch. Beautiful kitchen with great appliances, awesome beds and very spacious bathrooms. Very roomy and had a great fireplace and flat screens in every... More

Excellent one bedroom with tons of room. The murphy bed in the living room really opens up the floorplan and is alot more comfortable than a sofa bed. This unit is on the back of the complex and overlooks Blue River. There is construction (expected completion Dec 2010) across the river but the sound of the running water drowns out... More

We stayed at the Waterhouse for 4 days. It's new and nice, but has some issues. There aren't enough people working there so no one answers the phone. Our condo 5105 was very nice, but for what it cost lots of little things were wrong: the pillows were awful, the drains didn't work in the bathrooms, maintenance had to fix... More

Have stayed at Rock Resorts in Deer Valley and Beaver Creek and always left happy. This was disappointing. Location is pretty good; but the bed was hard; the bed cover old; the TV antiquated. Pool nd hot tub were a ways away. Staff pretty disinterested; not rude, just pretty much "we are done for the year". Our room faced redevelopment... More

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. ResortQuest manages properties throughout Breckenridge for individual owners and work hard to rate the property based upon the amenities each offers. We have passed your comments along to the individual owner of this particular unit and sent our HOA staff to review the unit amenities as well. ResortQuest also... More

Enjoyed our stay, good location, clean. Breckenridge was lacking a bit of snow, but you can't blame anyone for that. Enjoyed our stay.

Just returned from Main Street Station with five adults and four young children. The property was great - conveniently located to the mountain, town and restaurants/bars. Ski valet was great and all service levels were high. Condo was large enough and comfortable to accommodate all of us plus additional guests for apres ski. We will definitely be returning to this... the location is great, walking distance to all restaurants and shops at main street... exellent apartment.. we had a 1-bedroom unit and was perfect.. huge bath.. great kitchen, fireplace and super comfortable bed. Probably if you only go to ski... it's not the best option, but if you won't ski every day all the day, then it is a perfect... More

The first room (1408) had stained carpet, bulbs burnt out, redigerator door didn't stay shut, smoke detector was hanging out to of the ceiling and the mattress springs made the bed uncomfortable. After talking to the main desk they informed us that we were not staying at the Hyatt Vacation Resort (which is on the wall and the website )... More

Really nice rooms, Nice bed, pillows. 200 yards to ski lifts,Lots of shopping and restaurants. Have breakfast at the Blue Moose, Wait about 25 mins but worth it. We thought the hotel was beautiful, clean, up to date, nice fixtures, kitchen and dining table. We had a nice view overlooking the river and loved going to sleep with sound of the river in the background. The room we stayed in was huge and the bathroom was huge. We also liked the fact that it had a much needed... More
