The location can't be beat. You walk 50 steps to a lift and ticket kiosk and you can ski back to your room. Fantastic. But the room and the service were pretty poor, especially given the high price of $365/night. The bed in the pull out couch was TERRIBLE. The furniture and decor was shabby and looked like it was... after much searching and price comparison, we chose Tyra II condo A6 for our vacation. We gave my dad the queen bed/room, my boyfriend slept on the pullout couch and I had an air mattress on the floor. It was a tight squeeze but the LOCATION & PRICE WAS RIGHT. The kitchen stocked fully with full size appliances and cook... More

Stay here at your peril. Dark (no/completely inadequeate lighting), broken chairs, kitchen badly stocked, old, shabby and NOISY. We were treated to 2am hot tub shenanigans two nights in a row. Washing machine makes a grinding noise and door had to be slammed shut. Nothing seemed to work as it should. Even had to have the humidifiers replaced - six... More

HUGE 2 bed, 2 bath condo with a fireplace. Super close to skiing, although we were there for Oktoberfest. Kitchen, living room and deck were super comfortable and stocked, but the beds were terrible. We slept on the floor the second night. If they got new mattresses, this place would be spectacular! The complimentary shuttle was quick and super convenient... More

We stayed in a 2br/3 bath condo with a loft, although this was ski in, short walk to snowflake lift the condo was Very disappointing! Kitchen poorly stocked, furniture old and outdated, uncomfortable beds. This condo desperately needs some attention. We had to purchase kitchen knives, ask for dishwasher detergent. The sitting area is damaged and has a leak. Please... More

My wife and I spent a week staying in unit D3 (a 1-bedroom) of the Tyra Summit 2 in January, 2014, while skiing Breck. We absolutely loved it. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, very pleasant and responsive to questions and requests both before and during our stay. The condo itself was beautiful – perhaps the most nicely... More

We had a 3 bedroom place and it worked like a threat for our group. The location is amazing: you walk 2 minutes to snowflake chair and you ski down 4 o'clock directly to the condo! It is such a shame the deco is a bit out of date. There was a whole behind the door nob of our bedroom.... More

Great place with three full baths, nice flat panel in LR. Ski in to back door off four O'Clock run. Lots of privacy possible with TV in all four sleeping areas, third bedroom is actually a lock-off with a separate fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Main kitchen has Breakfast bar. Terrific views from three different balconies. Lots of windows... More

Good location near Snowflake lift but walking up 2 flights of stairs left us pretty breathless. Very uncomfortable beds and the living room was tiny and dark. Condo was convenient to town but next time will look for a larger place for the price we paid.

It was a nice place. My family and two brothers and their families spent a week there. There was lots of room. Two dinning room tables which was nice. There was a nice big tub in the master bedroom. GREAT LOCATION!! Right across the street from lift and then a run right beside it. The beds were bad. The pull... More
