What a difference from the ski-in-ski-out rented condos I've experienced in Breckenridge - all charging luxury hotel rates for drab cheap motel accommodations. First the essentials - the inn got all of them right: comfortable beds (no sagging mattresses here), sparking clean facilities, quality bathroom fixtures and heating devices, quiet and comfortable rooms, wi-fi that actually works, and excellent breakfast.... Andy & Niki have created a great little B&B and Hostel in the heart of Breckenridge. Exceptional value, the range of rooms are pitched to meet different costs and the communal areas lead to new friends. I have stayed four times, each time meeting new people to ski with and having fun. In addition, the breakfast is pretty awesome -... More

NIcki and Andy are great at running the Fireside Inn. It is a cozy B&B with a variety of rooms. The first 3 nights my wife and I stayed in a double room and our teenage children shared a room with bunk beds. The remaining 4 nights we stayed in a family suite with two rooms. The rooms were clean... More

Our experience at the Fireside Inn was exceptional. From the time we called to make reservations, the owners were friendly and helpful, suggesting the room that would work best for us. Upon arrival, we were given a tour of the structure, along with its history and identification of many amenities, and were given all the information about what was available... More

Exceptional accommodations and the breakfast was outstanding (we had the pancakes and sausage). On the northside of town and within easy walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants in the downtown area. Very clean, cozy English cottage. Andy is a gracious host who ensures his guests feel welcome.

The owner is local and takes pride in this property and it shows. Walked in the front door was shown around asked what I wanted for breakfast and if I had any laundry, I did and it was in my room forty five minutes later and there was no charge.

My family owned this home many years ago when my husband inherited it from his grandparents when he was in college. It was originally owned by the judge of Summit County. It is now a B&B and we stay there whenever we get a chance to visit Breckenridge not only for the nostalgia of sleeping in "Grandma and Grandpa's home"... More

If you like "rustic charm" this place is for you. Very log cabin type feel. I stayed in their most expensive suite, The Brandywine. It was spacious and very clean but other than that I cannot say much. The bathroom could use an update and the main sitting room has an additional bathroom sink in it, it was very out... More

My GF and I enjoyed the 2 night stay here. Very accommodating. Breckenridge is an absolute beautiful spot with laid back atmosphere and nice main st area. Would go back and stay at the Fireside Inn. We stay in Brandywine suite on top floor. Easy exit and entry side door.
