My friend booked this place looking for something not so cost prohibitive, yet still close to the lifts and town within walking distance. SO, after reading some of the reviews on this place, I was a bit nervous. First, I read complaints about the garage being dark and scary. Seriously people? It's an under building garage. It's lit and heated,... More

Spent 2 nights in Unit 404 Cimarron Condos. We were on the 4th floor which was nice. Parking is underground in a garage but no windows. Our unit was very big with a small kitchen, large family room, dining room, 2 small bedrooms and 2 small bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated with granite and the kitchen had newer... This was my second trip to Breckenridge, the last time I stayed at Peak 9 Inn at the Village Resort. I prefer the Cimarron Condos. We stayed in unit 106, and booked through VRBO. The unit had two bedrooms, both with King Size beds, and two bathrooms. It was perfect for two couples to stay in. It is a bit... More

I just came back from a stay at the Cimarron and was dismayed from day one. For one thing, the venetian blinds did not work at all. For another thing, we were not provided with water glasses for either the bathroom or the coffee maker. (I don't think there was complimentary coffee for that matter.) There were water stains on... We stayed in 301. The room was fine overall, but the heater was inconsistent. Without adjusting the thermostat the room would go from hot as heck to freezing. Also, there is no WiFi. We were told prior to booking that there was and when I asked about it the response was "sorry for the misinformation". My husband needed it to... More

I stayed in this place in June, 2012. It was undergoing renovations and the front entrance was blocked off by yellow "do-not-cross" tape. The hot tub was a hole in the floor. I guess it was being replaced, but they neglected to let me in on that secret beforehand. It had underground parking that was rather scary. . .no windows... More

We stayed in #102. Over the years we've stayed in many different condos in Breck, typically for a week each summer, and this was one of the better experiences. For summer trips, we really want to be as close to the action on Main Street as possible, and the location of these condominiums is outstanding, with the Breckenridge concert hall... More

We were in Condo 103 Cimarron and the master bedroom is right above the garage door. Every time the door was opened (past midnight and before 7 AM) it shook the bedroom and woke us up. The Ski Village Resorts staff offered to move us with 2 nites left but it was a hassle at that point. They ignored our... More

We stayed in #302, a 2BR condo at the Cimarron that slept 6. Nice unit, huge living room with 2 separate sitting areas. Kitchen small, but adequate with all amenities (DW detergent and liquid, paper towels, coffee filters, all utensils, etc.). TV with DVD and stereo in LR, okay view from balcony. Bedrooms small, but adequate. Beds could be a... More
