Room 314 smells of smoke.... Supposed to be non smoking The shower head is not for some one over 5' 9 1\2" (Short) The water pressure and temp. are nice The drain in tub does not stay open during shower so the tub fills with water while you shower. It is near several roads and there is roadway noise. The... More

Pretty nice place very close to the Univ. Colo.Boulder. Room was average in comfort & clean. Decent breakfast - nothing spectacular. Zero (or near-zero) landfill waste program fairly impressive. We would most likely stay here again when in Boulder.

We were very surprised with our stay. First off, Jenny was a sweetheart when I called to see about vacancies and their pet policy. Jenny was extremely polite and reserved our room on the phone. We had an easy check in. It was inexpensive compared to other chain hotels we stayed. The room was nice and I should know not... More

It depends on what you are looking for, but if you want to stay somewhere a little out of the norm with a lot of personality, this is the place. It has a funky, throw back charm that you won't find at your chain hotels. Our group of 6 mature adults (not college kids) had a great time hanging out... More

I have traveled quite a bit both domestic and internationally and do not consider myself a high maintenace girl. This hotel is substandard at best. Like a Motel 6 but worse, they have converted an outside center courtyard into an inside pool area. The smell walking into the lobby is a mix of chorine and mold. The rooms have paper... More

Stayed here when stuck in town for car repair at the end of a three week road trip. I'm not sure why reviews call this hotel overpriced given that it is in Boulder and fairly near downtown. Boulder is an expensive town. You'd pay a lot more for a Super 8 or a Best Western, and hardly less for Rodeway... More

If you are a college kid that wants to rent a room to party and smoke in and you don't care if your bed linens are not clean go for this hotel. Smoking room smelled very strongly of smoke like someone had smoked a couple packs and the room had not been aired at all.- hello febreeze? Furniture was scratched... More

The Boulder Outlook has a lot going for it. But is it senior friendly? YES! There are many first floor rooms, all accessible. The restaurant, which serves abundant free breakfast, is accessible and comfortable. The rooms are not huge, but certainly large enough for a mobility scooter to pull in and park, allowing room to move around. There are accessible... More

I loved the fact that this hotel was eco friendly. It does a great job at that and a terrible job at everything else. The pool area is so strong in chlorine you can hardly stand it. The bar is also the area where you eat breakfast in the morning. Ughh - how gross and dirty. I tried to get... More

We stay here each year to run the Bolder Boulder 10K--it's walkable to the race start, has a decent pre-run breakfast (pnut butter, bananas and the like), and it's a downhill walk back from the finish. As well, the kids love the pool and the hot tub area. The staff is young and friendly. However, I cast a critical eye... More
