This hotel is great for kids. A swimming pool, hot tub, playroom, and rocks to climb. My children had a great time exploring the hotel after a day of skiing. The staff is great and this is the most kid friendly hotel we have found yet and for a great price.

I heard that The Outlook is closing down, and CU is expanding into it's space. This made me so sad. Rooms were dingy, in a "I'm not so sure I want to put my suitcase on the carpet" kind of way. No vents/fans in bathrooms. Breakfast was a joke - in the bar, on the bar, no lighting, so you literally were not sure what you were getting. Did like the in-room recyling.
