I found this hidden gem on Trip Advisor and wasn't disappointed! I was traveling with my husband and Mom. We had plenty of room, and all the amenities we needed. Beds were large and comfortable! Our room was very private and quiet. Perfect for catching up on our rest before flying home! The innkeepers, Neil and his wife, were perfect... More

A rare and quiet location, in a residential neighborhood, highly recommended for athletes and business people, this is the second time we come here in 2015, stunning rooms, quality people, highly recommended

My rating would have been higher had we not experienced the "room switch". Like other reviewers, I had gone on-line to the website, read through the available rooms, and chose Room 205 (a king bed overlooking the park). When we arrived at the inn, our envelope was in the basket with our name and room number (205) written on the... More

An off the beaten path in what seems to be a residential area. The room was great. Spacious with a fridge and microwave. Seemed more like a suite than a regular room. Neil was great and very engaging which just added to the experience.

After spending a few days staying at a hotel in Thornton, I planned to head back to my homeland of the Southern Utah desert. But alas, the winter storms between myself and Utah had me unable to travel home despite my having checked out of the Thornton hotel. I went and sat in a cafe in Boulder, began chatting with... We drove here straight from Denver Int'l Airport and arrived late but were pleased to see envelope for us at Reception with our key and check in directions. We really appreciated this as we could get to bed quickly. Our room was excellent - spotlessly clean, spacious, well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. The shower was excellent too.... More

This place met our needs perfectly with convenciences we appreciate: cleanliness, little frig, coffee maker, VERY comfortable beds, complete breakfast buffet without the fussiness of a big hotel. For the most part there wasn't anyone at the reception desk, just a phone if we needed to call but everything was waiting for us...one of the fastest checkins I've ever experienced.... More

Three of us were comfortable with a double queen room. This is a fairly quiet hotel in the middle of a residential community with some nice places to walk close by. Our business was in the middle of Boulder, and the drive was fairly easy back & forth. This place is out of the city and kept up nicely. It... More

We stayed at Twin Lakes for three nights after staying at the Millenium for three nights. World of difference. I noticed in reviews that some people were put off by the odd character of this hotel, but frankly I found it kind of charming. The bathroom sink outside the shower/ toilet area may be unusual, but in some respects it... More

I liked staying at the hotel. The prior reviews seem about right, so I'll summarize the highs and lows from my perspective. Wonderfully quiet location, great walking trails next to the property, a pond/march area for watching birds, nice sized rooms with a modest homey feel (ours had two Queen beds, a nice couch, small table, desk area, kitchen sink, fridge...
