My family stayed at this Residence Inn for a leisure trip after staying here a few years ago. We were there from a Tue. to Sat. and saw several business travelers during the week. Just as we were leaving, several families were coming in for a baseball tournament. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast staff was *on... more

This hotel should be Number #1 in Boulder. There is no way they can improve their service. Excellent in every way. From friendly, accommodating front desk staff to welcoming breakfast staff to hardworking grounds and housekeeping staff. The fresh fruit salad at breakfast (no canned fruit) was a welcome addition. And so were the delicious chocolate chip cookies at night!... more

Without a doubt, staying at this Residence Inn felt just like staying at a timeshare resort. And I mean that in a good way. For example, the units are dispersed among numerous buildings and there is a central building with a dining room, pool, hot tub, etc. They serve a great buffet breakfast too!!! I'm not sure if all units... more

I stayed here for almost 3 months which deservedly says good things in itself. Helpful, friendly staff and great facilities, I felt at home living here (as much as you can in a hotel) and would recommend it. On the downside the nearby, albeit infrequent, trains can be noisy (more specifically their horns when sounded at the nearby crossing). Until... more

I stayed here on a business trip in June of 08. We checked in on a Thursday afternoon and I stayed through till the next Monday. I switched rooms the first night due to major traffic noise. The hotel is located right alongside a major route in Boulder. The top level rooms do not get any benefit from the fencing... more

Lets start this time with the price tag: We paid (all in, including room charges, occupancy sales tax, city tax) for three nights 625 US dollar. Sounds not not cheap but we got a very, very beautiful room. I was a duplex (on two floors) very spacious, with two sleeping rooms and two bathrooms. There was also a living room... more

I can not believe that the other reviews either barely mentioned or did not mention at all, the trains. There are train tracks not far from the hotel (less than 1/10 mile) and the trains run at various times all night long. The trains blow their horns when they are crossing the road near the hotel, and not just a... more

My college-age daughter and I stayed in a two-bedroom/two-bath loft unit. Not very attractive and not a great neighborhood, but the space was good. The unit was not quiet. Front office staff were excellent. This certainly isn't fancy, but I'd stay here again if I needed two bedrooms--unless I find something better! more

I stayed here as part of a group at a conference at NCAR. I liked it very much. Nice and quiet (although I didn't face Foothills Pkwy), clean, good breakfast and social hour in the evenings. There is not much in the immediate vicinity but I walked to 28th (or 30th?) street (about 1/3 mi.) and found some restaurants, gas... more

A nice property that was formerly an apartment complex. There are some 16 buildings (two floors per) with 8 rooms per building. Some rooms have fireplaces. If you're a light sleeper, I'd avoid this one. This property is situated 100 feet from the BNSF rail line which has a 3AM cement train coming through every nite. If you're lucky there... more
