The service was fantastic, clean rooms, and great value. Only complaint is that the cleaning ladies started knocking at 8am. Make sure to put out your DND card if you hope to sleep in more

I stayed here with my husband and two other friends for a triathlon at the Boulder Reservoir. It was conveniently close for that purpose, but I'm assuming most people actually want to see Boulder, in which case this hotel is kind of far away and a bit hard to find. It's set back from the road among business buildings and... more

Ridiculous that such a big hotel with so many rooms would rely on only one hot water heater and couldn't fix it for at least 2 hours in the AM when everybody needed it. Location is poor, with no place to eat within walking distance and surrounded by empty commercial parking lots at night. more

We stayed at the Boulder Courtyard for a sporting event. For the price, we were expecting a much nicer stay. It was clean and comfortable, but did not meet our expectations for what we paid. more

The Boulder Courtyard is typical of a "normal" Courtyard. This one is located in a small business park, and adjacent to Hwy 157 which borders the back of the building. It is a bit off the main path, and not really in "downtown" Boulder. The hotel is typical of a Courtyard, a fairly large lobby area, a business work area... more

I spent a week at the Courtyard on business. I was very disappointed. I usually stay at the Residence Inn, Boulder, which is cheaper but by far cleaner and more pleasant. I had trouble finding the hotel. I don't know if it is a rule of the business park they are in, but there is no sign that says Courtyard,... more

I stayed at this hotel just 1 night during a short business visit to Boulder. I chose this place because it was just 400 yards away from my customers, so it was a good location. The hotel is placed in a spacious and quiet commercial area. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Access once you reach Boulder with the... more

I stayed here in early October while attending a conference in Boulder. Normally, the conference is held at the Boulder Marriott but I am told that that location no longer accepts the govt. per diem rate. The lobby is larger and better equipped than your typical Courtyard. Similarly, the pool, spa, and exercise room are better than what I have... more

We stayed at the Courtyard for 4 nights in early September (Marriott rewards reservation) at the end of a long road trip. This hotel was absolutely great!! Good location (15 minutes from downtown Boulder right on US36, just next to restaurants and shopping), extremely friendly and helpful staff, very nice, big and clean rooms (not to mention very comfortable bed),... more
