Not much has changed at this hotel since it's heyday as one of the more luxurious and prestigious hotels in the area - literally! Most of the hotel finishes, furniture, room decor, window treatments, and maybe even bedding, are 40+ years old. That said, it's still kinda fun to stay there and think about what it must have been like... More

This was so unexpected! The room was super clean and comfortable. Usually the rodeway inns I'm used to staying at are complete crap holes. This was such a diamond in the rough. The complementary breakfast was actually decent and fresh. The staff was very accomadating and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel several years ago before it was a Rodeway Inn. At one time it was an excellent place to stay for visiting or business at the University--it is right across the street from a major dorm tower for students so very handy for parents. You can tell that this has been a fine hotel but Rodeway... More

This was by far the worst motel we have ever stayed at and hopefully will deter someone else from making the same mistake we did. We booked it as a Rodeway Inn, have stayed at others, generally comfortable and sufficient for the night. Drove by it twice due to all of the "BROKERS INN" signs displayed, finally noticed the small... More

I'm usually pretty cool about hotels and understand that sometimes things slip through the cracks but this one is just bad. I just couldn't get over how old and dirty everything was. It's fine with me if you can't remodel but at least clean. No way those bathroom floors were cleaned before we checked in. People also live here long... More

No sound proofing between rooms. Cheap option across from UC residence halls, off Highway 36, but old, dated, call girl in the next room (not kidding), shirtless homeless in the lobby getting coffee, staff (evening staff) untrained and oblivious....to be fair the morning staff were friendly and helpful. In the bathroom at the tap, hot water or hot water....I admit... More

YooHoo! Stayed at this charming old hotel because it was right across the street from where I needed to be. I was immediately taken by the huge aquarium in the lobby and the wonderful welcoming folks at the front desk. I felt secure in this historical place, which is a throwback to the 1920s or '30s that has a little... More

It's not often I find myself travelling with my husband. Generally he grunts, I grunt and boom. I'm asleep. However, hailing from northern Wyoming, we decided we needed to head to Boulder for a Disabled Veterans conference cause... Why not? "But Temp! You know... It's LEGAL Down there!" Yeah yeah, but seriously, not the reason we hit up Colorado. Who... More

I stayed at the Rodeway Inn and Suites Boulder Broker over labor Day weekend. Although it was a very affordable place to stay and close to the location I needed to be, I would tell everyone to spend a little more and get a better hotel -avoid the bad beds, loud people at night and seedy people hanging out in... Stayed here for 2 nights-they stole our prescription meds. Awful place! Dirty, not safe, and bad smell. We left our bags in the room with our prescriptions a do not disturb sign on the door and came back to find things missing.
