I stayed at the Rodeway Inn and Suites Boulder Broker over labor Day weekend. Although it was a very affordable place to stay and close to the location I needed to be, I would tell everyone to spend a little more and get a better hotel -avoid the bad beds, loud people at night and seedy people hanging out in... Stayed here for 2 nights-they stole our prescription meds. Awful place! Dirty, not safe, and bad smell. We left our bags in the room with our prescriptions a do not disturb sign on the door and came back to find things missing.

Smelly, noisy, bad temperature control(can't open windows, room conditioners inadequate). Do not stay here if you aren't the partiers making the noise. Came to visit my daughter who was attending the University of Colorado. The location is perfect but the hotel is lousy.

The first thing I would do if I had any authority at this hotel would be open the doors, open the windows, do anything to get some fresh air in this place!! The smoking in the hall problem has been solved and the staff tries to be helpful but this hotel needs updated and freshened asap!! Pros: Nice location, friendly... More

The hotel is the absolutely worse hotel that I have ever experienced. We arrived at the hotel exhausted from our travels and looked forward to a comfortable stay. But things changed quickly when we arrived at the hotel. We immediately knew we had been duped by Choice Hotels when we compared the Choice Hotel Website pictures to the actual conditions... More

The hotel smelled weird, the room we stayed at smelled like cigar smoke. They couldn't change it because the hotel was full, we asked for air freshner and we never go it. Breakfast is really basic and I can't believe this hotel uses plastic plates and cups, producing so much trash and waste. Coffee wasn't good at all and orange... More

Got stuck in Boulder overnight and needed a cheap place to crash. The price may be right here, but beyond the Lobby area, one enters the type of filth reserved for public buildings with too much foot traffic. Red carpets are stained black and strange smells emanate from the hallways. Beds were ok and the bathroom was fine along with... More

You get what you pay for. My room was fine. Bed was comfortable, door locked. CU students do live there so it is an interesting crowd. The staff was always helpful when I needed anything. The bar in the hotel was cool and the bartender was very friendly. The location is key right next to the CU campus so I... More

Boulder hotels are very expensive and we were just looking for a place to sleep for the night. The hotel was hard to find and is also known as The Broker Hotel. The building was probably a gem in its day. The bones are there but it is so old and not kept up. It is a shame since you... More

My original plan was to camp in or just outside boulder, and was saddened to learn that not only is there no camping in the area, but all the hotels are very expensive (I'm more of a super 8/ Day's Inn type). This place was the cheapest option available, and I booked here at the last minute. The people at... More
