We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The price was amazing which left more spending money for shopping on Pearl street! The hotel is located in a nice (safe) area with many places to eat within walking distance. The staff were polite and efficient. The free breakfast could be better but once again, it's free. The hot tub and pool... more

I requested a renovated room. I'd hate to see what it looked like before the renovation, because it had old ceilings, some unused and old furnishings in the room,.etc. The room was dusty. The dining room was closed for renovations so we ate the breakfast (which was okay) in the dark bar. The lobby's internet connection never worked . The... more

Great place to stay while visiting Boulder and/or the Front Range. Location offers everything from fishing, hiking to beautiful senic views (Near the University of Colorado). The hospitality was great, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel is elegantly stylish with a great atmosphere and a view of the the Flatiron mountains. more

Upon arrival you already know what you're going to get. A creepy, crickety, old hotel with few actual comforts. The staff were friendly enough, but that's about as far as praise can go. The continental breakfast, which barely existed, was poor poor poor. The room was drafty and could not be heated without being overly heated. The room was dim... more

We had done some web searching prior to arriving in Boulder. Rooms were few and our plans were open so we decided to find a room when we got there. We had seen the Broker Inn on the web and I must say their website is much better than the actual property. Anyway, we booked our room. In our case,... more

First off, the good rating and reviews must have been written by the same magician who built the misleading website. I have no idea where those pictures were taken. Honeymoon suite?? I can't imagine who would have a wedding at this place. This place is a dump in every sense. Dirty, outdated, rude/could care less front desk clerk/mildew all over... more

A very comfortable stay. Huge room nice beds. Complimentary breakfast very good. A bit far from all the best bits of Boulder for people who want to walk, so people without cars are reliant on taxis which arent always easy to find for the journey back. The Shuttle to Denver Airport is great and got us to our plane through... more

This is a very quaint hotel, very Victorian. Feels like something from England. The rooms have been recently renovated so nice new carpets and bedding. The free breakfast was very good. We luckily found a coupon for 30% off in one of the pamphlets in the hotel lobby, so the value for the price was terrific. Loved the central location.... more

I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Broker Inn. The staff was pleasant and accomodating, the rooms were clean, and the decor was unique (very non-"chain hotel" style). I appreciated the central location near CU and Pearl Street. The free weekday buffet breakfast was lavish and very tasty as well. more
