We've stayed in the Marriott in Boulder several times and have enjoyed it, but Hotel Boulderado is a different experience for many reasons. Enjoyed the "antique" features and decor of the room without compromising any comfort. The exhibits of "olden" days around the hotel were fun to discover and read about. Felt special every time the valets and door "persons"... More

I am disabled and live not far from the Hotel in Nederland Colorado. I have often thought about sending people to the Boukdersdo , but the last time I went to the Restaurant nt in the hotel it came to my attention that the main entrance on the East side of the building has a ramp that Is not only... We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Boulderado The hotel is in an ideal location just steps from Pearl Street and the main shopping area in town. The staff was on top of everything from parking to check in to the restaurant etc... Very nice room...modern features but still with an "old world" feeling which fits since this is... More

We attended a fundraiser and did not stay the night. The greeters (doorman and valet) surly made a wonderful first impression. This is a beautiful well kept historic hotel, in heart of Boulder. You won't regret your stay. I gave it 4 stars because we did not spend the night or dine here.

They have done a great job of both preserving this landmark, and at the same time making it comfortable. The lobby is (I think literally) a national landmark with the old time elevator and Tiffany style roof. The rooms are quaint, with fake but nice enough antique furniture. The location could not be better, being a block from the pearl... More

We stayed in a 4th floor corner room in the historic section of this hotel for my boyfriend's birthday. The room was beautiful and filled with antiques. The bed was super comfortable and view of the flat iron range was great. The bathroom was updated, large, and impeccably clean. One of our favorite parts of the hotel is the stained... More

Hotel Boulderado is a classic! As soon as you walk into the lobby you feel as if you traveled back in time. The woodwork, stained glass ceiling and the furniture make the hotel feel authentic. The two bars in the hotel are also nice. I preferred License No. 1 even though it was located underground. It was, again, old-timey and... More

While the original hotel is old, the north extension is much newer, yet reflects the class and theme of the hotel. I had a top ( fourth ) floor king in this section. The room had a sitting area, a large screen Hi-def TV, and most importantly, a great shower. The showers in most hotels I have been in are... More

The Hotel Boulderado is not a gleaming, new shiny hotel. It has purposefully kept it's traditional roots, yet has been renovated, so you get the best of both worlds. Location is awesome, just 1 block off Pearl Street and surrounded by bustling restaurants and bars. The service is exceptional, every single person is welcoming, friendly and keen to make your... Stayed in the old part of this hotel and enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay. Bedrooms very comfortable. Lift was an old fashioned elevator which added to the hotels charm. Restuarant good as was the bar in the basement. Recommend for stay in downtown Boulder.
