Very accommodating as I went with an injured foot. They took the time to find me a close room to the elevator and in the main building. Michael, one of the bellman was extremely helpful. Very cool history. Definitely worth staying here. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

Recently traveled to Boulder, first time for me, for a wedding. Wedding was based out of the Hotel Boulderado. Drive from Denver was not too bad, considering all the construction going on with the non-toll roads connecting Denver Airport to Boulder area. Arrived in Boulder, with no problems with finding the hotel. Boulder is a very nice town with a... More

We stayed 3 nights for a conference. The rooms were comfortable, the bed excellent, but the bathroom could do with a remodel. The bath drain had to be repaired twice and the toilet flush once. Despite this I recommend the Boulderado as an excellent base for a visit to Boulder. The coference catering was above the normal conference standard.

The Boulderado looks like one of the grand hotels from the turn of the 19th century. It has a great flair and tries to preserve it. The rooms are very comfortable but still look authentic, with charming furniture and the modern amenities, like the TV, neatly tugged into the wardrobe. The rooms were well cleaned and the reception staff was... More

The woodwork, cantilevered staircase and ceiling alone make this worth the stay. Boulder is one of the nicest towns and areas in the Country in the Boulderado is a great location. Great restaurants and shops (although bring your own bag if you want to buy anything at a grocery store!) Our room was only OK, and I would make sure... More

I'm thrilled to see how much you enjoyed the original architecture and historic details of our unique property, and agree with what you said about Boulder (right down to bringing your own bags to the grocery store). We hope to see you again at the Boulderado in the future! More

I am giving the Hotel Boulderado a very good rating because of the location, restaurants, and overall historical ambiance. Otherwise, I would give it an average rating. First, the positives: the hotel is in a fantastic location - walking distance to tons of restaurants, shopping and the Pearl Street mall. The lobby is beautiful, they have kept the old world... More

We were recommended this place from a resident of Boulder. We only stayed in the hotel for 1 night while passing through Boulder. The hotel takes you back to the olden days but is beautiful and unique while doing so. But at the same time it's still within modern times (flat screen tvs, new bar, etc). We checked in before... Thank you for letting us know about your recent stay with us! I'm so glad you enjoyed the unique combination of historic ambiance with modern amenities along with the attentive staff. Our 1906 elevator is the oldest Otis elevator on this side of the Mississippi River, but that hasn't stopped him from opening up his own Twitter account (@BoulderadoOtis)! We... More

Probably a generational thing, but for anyone under 40, this place will feel incredibly dated - like grandma's house. The staff and service is generally good, but some things are pretty odd like the 4pm checkin time and 11am checkout. Taking more than a quarter of the day away from a guest is pretty stingy, especially at the rates they... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last weekend as part of a friends wedding celebration. As part of that we got a "group rate" which I still felt was pretty high. The hotel has a lot of historical architecture and very pretty stained glass ceilings which was a big plus. The reason for the 3 star rating... the... More

Thank you for taking the time to let us know your feedback from your recent stay at the Hotel Boulderado.
