This hotel is large and well located. It has clearly kept the "original" feel. Rooms are a good size and quiet (with a little road noise). Staff is very friendly and helpful. I think the only parking option here is valet but at $10/day, its very reasonable

I was here for a business meeting and I very much enjoyed my three days in the the Boulderado. A lovely room in a historic hotel, with good meeting rooms and a choice of very lively hotel bars made this a pleasant stay. You walk right out of the door into the downtown area and parking is very convenient. Nothing... More

We had a wonderful time here. You can not beat the location. I enjoyed the "oldness"....lots of history in this spot. We got a very good deal online..We go to Boulder often, and the next time I go there, I will try to stay here as well.

So unimpressed! We decided to try the Hotel Boulderado Holiday Tea this year instead of the Brown Palace, and we won't make that mistake again. It wasn't the quality of the food; it was the quantity and the lack of service. Four of us attended the tea, and the food arrived with 4 scones, lots of sweets, and 6 two... More

We did not stay at this hotel but we were able to see the beautiful architecture details located in the lobby. They still have an old working Otis elevator, beautiful stainglass ceiling and a cherrywood staircase. Best of all they have their own private glacier water fountain at the southwest corner of the lobby

Thanks for stopping by during your visit to Boulder earlier this year! I'm delighted to see how you enjoyed the stained glass canopy and cherrywood staircase in our lobby as well as the historic water fountain -- the only one of its kind left in Boulder! If you'd like to stay connected with our 1906 Otis elevator, you can find... More

Disappointed in the entire experience. Would suggest alternate hotels in the area. Shabby, worn out lobby with inexperienced front desk. Spruce Restaurant overpriced and again inexperienced service staff.

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday with a party for 50 people in the Mezzanine of the hotel. The staff was top notch. Everything went great. The hotel decor is like staying at grandma's house but that's what you get at an historic hotel. We got upgraded to a suite with a huge balcony overlooking the entrance with tables and... More

Recently had a group of friends (6 rooms) stay at the Hotel Boulderado for a dinner party event we hosted in Boulder. We selected this hotel for two reason - price (group rate was great) and location. The historic property is fun to visit and explore. The recently renovated basement bar (Liquor) is great and their main lobby bar and... More

We stayed two nights at the Boulderado and loved the history, ambiance and comfortable rooms. Staying here reminded us of earlier days in Colorado where elegance and service was king. The lobby is amazing as is the cherrywood staircase and stained glass canopy ceiling. The hotel also has a turn of the century, cage-style elevator that is manned by a... More

Love this hotel. Pricey, but worth it for the charm and view. Great food too. Clam chowder can't be beat. I wouldn't change a thing except maybe add a room safe and microwave if possible. Friendly, helpful staff. Thank you!
