Thank you for your comment. Just to clarify. The Guest House is located in Gunbarrel (Boulder Subdivision if you will) with Boulder address. Being 13 unit Guest House trip advisor is not able to classify the Inn any other way but Bed and Breakfast. We call it a Guest House.
