We stayed a couple nights in Boulder at this B&B, and thoroughly enjoyed it. A Victorian home with modern amenities, and an Oriental zen atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious, eggs benedict one day, pecan french toast another day, with granola, yoghurt, toast, delightful coffee and teas. A few blocks from the Pearl Street mall, and the Boulder Creek park/bike path,... More

This bed and breakfast is just beautiful, and we had such a pleasant stay. I've paid a lot more for impersonal area hotels, but staying here was less money and a better value. The staff here is so friendly and accommodating, and it is very clean. The french toast at breakfast was amazing, and they always have cookies and treats... More

Totally enjoyed this bed and breakfast. Wasn't sure if I would enjoy the "togetherness" but I did. I stayed in the TeaKettle Room. Small but perfect for one person. Enjoyed the lovely desk to work on uploading all my pictures while taken in the area. Quiet, very quiet rooms. I was on the main floor and never heard anyone else.The... More

My wife and I visited here just recently and stayed in the lovely Blanca room. The staff - all students, as far as we could tell - were so incredibly accommodating and helpful. Need tea during regular staff hours? They will prepare a pot for you and bring it to you at any location on the property: your room, the... More

We stayed here for several nights and while the location of this B&B is pretty great (about 10min walking from main downtown area or a 3 min drive), our room was extremely small and unimpressive. We stayed at the Redcloud room which is upstairs and basically looks like a small guestroom at your grandmother's house. We didn't even have room... More

We arrived in Boulder without a hotel reservation and happened to drive by the Briar Rose B&B on our way into town. They were very willing to accommodate our last minute reservation and checked us in immediately. We stayed in the Shavano room which had a large king size bed and an adequate bathroom. The room was exactly what we... More

My son had just moved to the area, and I didn't want to stay with him, or stay in a cookie-cutter chain hotel. From the moment we entered the home, we felt a sense of calmness. The people are wonderful, the area is funky, and I had a wonderful visit.

This was our second visit to the Briar Rose. We stayed one night so we could enjoy Boulder along with the Shakespeare Festival. From the front gate you can easily walk to Pearl Street or the Boulder Creek. Even with road construction on Arapahoe Avenue there lies a wonderful garden just on the other side of a fence that welcomes... More

This is one of the best B&Bs it has been our pleasure to stay at. We found it when we were visiting Boulder a few years ago and have been looking forward to returning. Our second stay was all that we had hoped for. The rooms are lovely (beds great!) and the common areas are inviting. Breakfast is wonderful with... More

This is a cute B&B in Boulder that is within walking distance of the shopping/dining of Pearl St. The room was nice. The grounds weren't as cute as many other B&B's we've stayed in but there was plenty of seating in various areas to enjoy the outside. The breakfast in the morning was really good. As always, my favorite part... More
