Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife several weeks ago. Our flight was delayed 2 days back to Detroit, so decided to go from Breckenridge to Boulder per a friend's recommendation. What a great recommendation it turned out to be. My wife and I LOVED Boulder!! Such a cool town! Very much a college town. G=Felt a bit like... More

Enjoyed the stay here visiting friends in Boulder. Walking distance to Pearl street and university. Was able to get tea during main hours of the day. Was mildly disappointed to only interact with college students who run the place. If you are looking for the B&B experience where the owners are involved this is not it. Also disappointed that the... I loved this b&b! They took into account my dietary needs and we made a custom plan. How nice is that? The folks were so warm and wonderful to be with, I felt like I was in some kind of paradise! The building and furnishings are just charming and the food including bakery snacks are heartwarming and delicious. And try... More

Our room at the Briar Rose was very good - small, but clean and comfortable with an excellent bed and a nice balcony. I would rate just at room at 4.5 stars. The breakfast however was a slow motion joke, one star at best. It took forty minutes for the kitchen to produce soggy, tasteless veggie omelets for four guests.... More

This charming B&B is a cluster of buildings off Arapahoe a short distance from Pearl Street and downtown boulder. The breakfast is great, and an amazing selection of teas available any time. Friendly young staff, a really cozy place to stay.

We enjoyed our one night in Boulder in this B&B in a good location. They were attentive and they served a very nice breakfast! We would certainly recommend this B&B to others and we will stay here when we are next in Boulder, CO.

We stayed a couple nights in Boulder at this B&B, and thoroughly enjoyed it. A Victorian home with modern amenities, and an Oriental zen atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious, eggs benedict one day, pecan french toast another day, with granola, yoghurt, toast, delightful coffee and teas. A few blocks from the Pearl Street mall, and the Boulder Creek park/bike path,... More

This bed and breakfast is just beautiful, and we had such a pleasant stay. I've paid a lot more for impersonal area hotels, but staying here was less money and a better value. The staff here is so friendly and accommodating, and it is very clean. The french toast at breakfast was amazing, and they always have cookies and treats... More

Totally enjoyed this bed and breakfast. Wasn't sure if I would enjoy the "togetherness" but I did. I stayed in the TeaKettle Room. Small but perfect for one person. Enjoyed the lovely desk to work on uploading all my pictures while taken in the area. Quiet, very quiet rooms. I was on the main floor and never heard anyone else.The... More

My wife and I visited here just recently and stayed in the lovely Blanca room. The staff - all students, as far as we could tell - were so incredibly accommodating and helpful. Need tea during regular staff hours? They will prepare a pot for you and bring it to you at any location on the property: your room, the... More
