There is something terribly, terribly wrong with the managers of this motel. Although the room was nice and location good, the treatment by the front desk managers was the worst I have ever experienced in 30 years of world travel. New West Inns met a minimum level of comfort, but fell far short of what I generally expect from a motel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. There was a light breakfast offered daily which was adequate, but fairly bare-bones by most standards: 2 kinds of dry cereal, bread, mini bagels, donuts, juice, coffee, tea. One day... more

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with your stay. I am aware that maintenace issue do pop up from time to time. We try to keep things in good working order but things do break and wear out. If you told our staff about your concerns and we did not respond I apologize....

We were shocked at the high price of hotels in Boulder, but a kind resident directed us to this very reasonable motel just off Highway 36 from Denver, and an easy ten minute drive to Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder. This place is apparently slated to close and therefore they do almost nothing to keep it up. My room was not particularly clean and it was extremely worn: broken lampshades, burns and stains on the tub, no amenities at all. The room wasn't even made up one of the days of my stay. After reviewing our records I see that the room you requested was the one you stayed in, You requested a smoking room because of the fact that booking at such a late date only smoking rooms were left in availability. Further we tried to accomodate...

We had a nice stay at New West Inns, the pool was nice the breakfast was nice. The room was big and very clean,The place was right across the street from CU. This was great for our daughter who was touring the campus. The staff was great. Kevin made our stay very enjoyable. more

Nice hotel Roy was very helpful at check in, I came back to get directions and ended up he and I talked for hours very smart person that has been around the block once or twice, for armed services member God Bless America and really knows life inside and out, great businessman. Our family stayed this motel in Aug 2003. It is proximately located Colorado Univ. Staff was quite friendly. Room was clean and beds were big enough. Coffee are ready in 24H. Muffins and donuts are available for breakfast. Recommended to buget traveller. more
