This certainly is a comfortable place to rest your head, but if you are looking for luxary, look elsewhere. The rooms could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and a thorough cleaning. We would not recomment this lodging to anyone. The staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. The manager had the very same attitude which is proabaly why the staff treated clients in the manner in which they did. The price is definitely not worth the stay. Pros: Cheap (especially for foo-foo Boulder), nice stream and picnic areas near the rooms Cons: Dingy, depressing rooms The rooms are small, dark, musty and haven't seen renovation since Watergate.
