Ive never stayed here overnight. We occasionally go to blackhawk, mainly for a crab leg buffet. The last time we were at the isle, we waited in line for their buffet for 20min. upon getting to the register with four adults and two children, i was suprised that the price had gone from $15 to $20. No problem. The cashier... More

They did send someone up immediately to fix it however the person they sent( was a little man with barely any English) he was horrible. half hour later another man came ,solved the issue and said the other man would be done in about 15.... We gambled and stayed for the night. Room with jacuzzi tub on top floor was very clean. Older furnishings but comfortable. The casino floor was nice. Most tables had $5 minimums so a cheap option along the strip. Buffet was what you'd expect. Bad food from every culture. Ha

If you are looking for smoke free casinos with nice rooms this is your place. Average size room with comfortable beds. Great location in the heart of casino district. Good food whether you are looking for a steak, buffet or even a late night snack you can get it without leaving the hotel!

We frequently stay at the Isle. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice and very clean. They are very comfortable and have everything you need. Beds are very comfy and pillows are nice. Highly recommend for an enjoyable evening!

It was a great place to stay, nothing bad for our stay, everything was as expected from checking in to checking out. Good location, loved casino and had a lot of fun. not a 5 star resort but a solid 3 star which meet all of our expectations.

When you book a room at a casino, you expect to wheel your luggage through the throngs of would-be millionaires and to stand in-line while those in front of you haggle with the front-desk personnel. That is not what we got when checking in to the Isle Hotel. The underground parking lot has an entrance straight to the front-desk -... More

Won a 1 night stay at the Isle and the casino is beautiful and our room was awesome .... no complaints whatsoever ... Comfy bed, pillows, beautiful decor. The only complaint we had was we were close to ice machine and it was noisy because of that, because of people being loud in halls, slamming doors and having arguments ...... More
