Won a 1 night stay at the Isle and the casino is beautiful and our room was awesome .... no complaints whatsoever ... Comfy bed, pillows, beautiful decor. The only complaint we had was we were close to ice machine and it was noisy because of that, because of people being loud in halls, slamming doors and having arguments ...... More

We were passing through Blackhawk on a road trip. Had already booked one night at Ameristar. For car reasons, we had to stay an extra night. Ameristar was full, so we chose Isle. Much smaller rooms. Older decor, not as nice. Lobby not very nice.

Two of my favorite things: gambling and being in the mountains of Colorado! The Isle Casino is located in Blackhawk, has the feel of a first class casino, and some high class food, too. I found the desk receptionists patient and kind, even with my elderly auntie. The facility is easy to get around, and if you need a breath... More

My friend and I decided to get away from work overnight and didn't want to spend alot on a bed since this Hotel is a casino also. We wanted to use our room to relax and come back to after hours of gambling. Orginally signed up for Lady Luck but was upgrated to the Isle. We had two comfortable queen... More

The best thing about casinos is that everything is cheap...if you don't gamble. Nice, clean beds, spacious enough rooms, and other than Black Hawk being a bit of an oddity out here in these mountains (where nature rules supreme and the near-skyscraping hotel / casino highrises seem out of place), the area is gorgeous. Quick access to the smaller, quirkier... More

I paid for a basic room and that is what I got. Good rate in the town tho. They even let me check in VERY early. The woman at the front desk was nice. Everything worked in the room and the bed was comfy.

The staff was very nice. We made the reservations over the phone a month ago. Check in was very quick. Parking is covered, close in & free. Valet free service is available also. The room was a suite and quite large. It was clean & comfortable. The furniture seems out dated. The lighting was poor for reading. Best values are... More

This is hands down the nicest room I have ever been in for the price. Hot tub IN the room, beautiful room, beautiful bathroom, decent view even though it was just at the cliffs across the highway. Heck, I ever won $70 off a $1 slot machine on the first roll. Nice!

We have stayed here before and we liked it. We made our reservation two weeks in advance on line. Then we also called them to make surre we could bring our small schnauzer. Spoke to the MGRand he said that would be fine as we could have a "Pet Room". Wondeful until we drive 7 1/2 hrs and at check-in... More

Hadn't been to the Isle in about ten years, we went to celebrate a birthday. Stayed in the Jacuzzi suite. Paid way too much ($285) for a room sparsely furnished with worn out mismatched pieces. Poorly lit with lighting fixtures full of bugs. The bathroom was grungy and the coffee pot broken. Very disappointed in the quality of the room... More
