Nice hotel at the Ameristar. The facilities are nice with a nice pool. Also have a buffet and other eating places that are pretty good. The casino is open 24 seven and there are nice bar areas and live music at times. The hotel staff is very friendly!

Beautiful rooms and rooftop pool and spas. Every restaurant in the casino is excellent. You can go cheap or go high. Rooms all nice. We like to indulge because the larger rooms are awesome. We have stayed here before but this stay was different. Were slated to stay two complimentary nights that was cut to one due to a medical issue. Our room was less than spectacular due to the fact the maid staff decided not to vacuum the room that day. There were peanut shells on the carpet around one of the chairs.... More

Husband goes here almost every weekend and every time we ask to reserve a suite, we are told they're booked every time no matter how far in advance we call. Customer service reps are always rude and never willing to help. Often we reserve king deluxe rooms and end up with double queen smoking or handicap rooms.
