Borders Lodge is a nice property, although it is a little overpriced for what you get. We paid over $330/night for a two-bedroom condo during early season, with a near-empty building, and while there is an outdoor hot tub and games in the room, there are other properties a little further away that offer this for less. The Border's Lodge in Beaver Creek is a great place to stay. Very upscale and classy. Rooms are great. We stayed in a 2-story suite with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Very nice. Very clean. It's also ski-in ski-out. Located close to everything. Went to Vail for the day, actually liked Beaver Creek better. more

After not being on ski's for 25 years I decided it was time to take the plunge again. I had always dreamed of Vail and we ended up at Borders Lodge in Beaver Creek, just to the West.
