Beaver Creek touts that guests will "Not exactly be roughing it" and I could not agree more. This is simply the best place to stay in Beaver Creek. It is a short and I mean short walk to the base skiing lift and everything else. The place is first rate. We traded our Hilton Head timeshare for a week here at the Park Plaza - don't think we could have afforded it otherwise. Our unit was georgous - with all the amenities we were used to at our home Marriott timeshare - plus a wood burning fireplace. we just returned from a week at the park plaza beaver creek. we rented a 2 bedroom condo from a private owner and could not be more pleased with the accomadations and the service from this very high quality timeshare property. We stayed at Park Plaza in December 2002 and 2003, as a timeshare trade. We were very pleased with the short walk from the lifts (one of the closest condos, other than the ski-in/ski-out options). The accomidations are nto worth $750 per night. The location is absolutly worth it however. The condo was clearly built in the 80s and the decor matched. The internet was not working correctly the entire 7 day trip. Additionally the elevator quit working for several days and stairs are not available. We had to walk to the other end of... more

We have some friends who weren't going to use there time share here so offered it to us. We found it to be located in the middle of things and the unit was first class all the way. It is a lovely place and would return any time. more

Park Plaza was a delightful place to stay. The bedrooms were large & comfortable. The woodburning fireplace was particularly comfortable at the end of the day. more
