Our stay at The Pines Lodge was excellent. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and had an amazing view of the Village and the mountain. The staff at the Pines was amazing. They sent up a cheese plate for my fiances birthday with a card, which was very thoughtful, and also made me look great for booking the room in the... More

I brought 3 young boys (10,11,12 years old) to your hotel- They loved the place- want to come back as soon as possible- felt like a home and the staff was so friendly. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful

My husband and I stayed at the Pines Lodge for 5 nights the end of March. We were pleased with everything about it. Every employee was extremely polite and accommodating. Our room was very spacious and clean. Very modern and beautifully decorated. We used the outdoor hot tub, which overlooks the mountains. Did not use the outdoor pool or indoor... More

We arrived at the Pines with a warm welcome from the manager, Bill. He was personable and was our concierge, registered us, gave us a tour, etc. My emphasis is regardless of our questions or concerns, he was ready to help and please. The facilities is not too big providing a cozy, personable environment. The rooms were spacious and clean.... More

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Pines Lodge. Not only is the property beautiful and well maintained, but the service was excellent. We were greeted by very friendly and attentive staff. We could ski over to the Strawberry Park lift right from the hotel. We lounged in the very relaxing and beautiful outdoor hot tub, while... Recently stayed at the Pines for a 4 day ski vacation with my wife. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Michael who helped us check-in, brought our bags up to our room, showed us the ammenties and made us feel like old friends until the moment we left, we were throughly pleased. A short walk to Beaver... More

We are required to book through a corporate travel agency, American Express so not some obscure one. Obtaining a list of the true charges that would be incurred and what would be charged when, was almost impossible from this group. Even after multiple inquiries prior to arrival as to what my room only charges would be, I was still surprised... More

Good location, near the ski lifts (some walking required). Comfortable rooms, clean and relaxing. Good service, attentive and helpful. Nice amenities, if a bit small. Great value for the area. Would stay there again.

My family and another family stayed here for a week over xmas vacation 2010. The hotel, while not five stars, was very luxurious and provided everything we needed from transfers into town (Which, while technically close, had a long winding road to get there. the pool was overall pretty nice but would get kind of crowded from 5-7 pm (right... This hotel is a very good value for Beaver Creek. The other hotel in which we like to stay was so much more expensive and not worth it. The hotel was not exactly ski out, there was some arm work with ski poles, but definitely a ski in. The rooms were large, clean and nice amenities. The coffee service in... More
