I booked a room with a king sized bed, and was given a room with a king sized bed. 5 minutes after we arrived in the room, some guy knocked on the door and said he was also given that room. A few minutes later, the front desk person arrived at the door and told us we had to move... More

The staff makes your stay. They treat you as the person spending a ton of money that keeps them employed and they want you to enjoy more than you paid for. The negatives about the expense at the restaurant are misplaced. If you want cheaper it's a shuttle ride away( shuttle is most convenient). This is beaver creek. Nothing is... More

Just returned from an excellent five night stay at the Pines. Before vacations, I enjoy reading Trip Advisor reviews of the hotel we'll be staying at, and of course, take the negative ones the most serious. However, nothing about our stay could have been classified as such, so I always wonder how unreasonable some other readers are or if they... More

I just spend a week with my family at the pines. We had 2 wonderfull rooms, very spacious, clean with all the amenities we needed (even 2 boots warmer in the closet so you actually want to put them in the morning). Staff was profesional, helpful and makes you feel special. The location is amazing, to ski out you just... More

My husband and I stayed one night in Beaver Creek after visiting Breckenridge and Vail. The Pines Lodge hotel had great staff that helped with valet and checking in, was close to the ski mountain and village (free hotel shuttle) , had a nice outside hot tub, and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. It was not... More

We stayed at the Pines over New Year's. I was a bit worried because I hadn't stayed there before, but it was great and a great location. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was awesome. We ask for a microwave and they also granted that wish. What an awesome place. The restaurant on site is AWESOME! We... More

We just spent the first weekend of January at the Pines Lodge in BC. We got a great rate through the RockResorts 96 hour sale. There were no hidden resort or parking fees so the only 'add on' to our bill was our steep tab from dining at the Grouse Mountain Grill. The food was very good but the restaurant... More

We just returned from what was one our most disappointing stays ever. The front desk was rude and unaccomodating. The hotel cut corners in every way possible. The only dining choices in the hotel were and $18 breakfast buffet, a very limited lunch with no vegetarian options and a ridiculously over-priced dinner menu. There was "complimentary" coffee from 7am-10am that... More

The best part about our stay at The Pines Lodge was Hallie Schiff, the concierge. This woman was amazing ... always cheerful despite our numerous requests in advance and the multitude of changes that we requested once we were at The Pines. She had the right answer for every question that we asked. Quite honestly, The Pines is a four... More

I have not even stayed there and learned I already got screwed by the booking agent. I specfically asked and they specifically answered that the $30.00 fee was included in what was quoted. guess what, it is not. Note to other travelers; add $30.00 per day to what ever rate you are being quoted.
