Not what we expected for the price. No bellman for baggage, no elevator. The appointments in our unit, esp. kitchen were sub standard. Huge stain on bedspread in MB, gross. Daily housekeeping didn't change sheets entire stay even after child had nosebleed. Internet was s l o w. Shut off water to entire complex at 6:00 PM with no warning... More

East West Resorts (EWR) regrets that this guest was not satisfied with his lodging. In response we provided a partial refund on his stay. To clarify his concerns, while we do not have Bellman posted at the door, EWR offers baggage service through our Owner/Guest Service staff and would have been happy to assist. The 4 bedroom townhome booked by... More

We recently had a family reunion in Beaver Creek, and we were lucky enough to stay at Highlands Slopeside #213, an elegant 3 bdrm condo. A short walk to the excellent and elegant spa and gym and pool at the Park Hyatt just down the hill, and their (the Park Hyatt's) excellent restaurant, where we had an amazing breakfast buffet.... Award winning decor, indoor pool and hot tub, nice gym with new equipment, great staff, and right by the bus stop. Indoor heated parking for the bad weather days. Shuttle bus right to the lifts during ski season. This resort is the best for a quiet place to get away from the madness while still being in the heart of... More

The entire experience from start to finish was first class. The concierge at Beaver Creek Landing was helpful from well before we arrived, continuing her assistance throughout our trip. Every person we came in contact with "got it". They really understand the hospitality industry is about service. The entire area is family friendly and user friendly. When my daughter broke... More

Unit #209 in Highlands Westview has a great Kitchen and wonderful views of Beaver Creek. Apart from the housekeepers that are poorly trained do not understand English the staff is fantastic.

We stayed at the Highlands Lodge Slopeside with 3 teenagers. Very nicely appointed condo for a family skiing holiday. Very well equiped with everything you would need in kitchen and laundry facilities etc. Great location for ski in/out and the choice of indoor or a short walk to outdoor pool and spa facilities. Great choice of restaurants from fine dining... More

We have stayed at Oxford Court in Beaver Creek two years in a row. It is beautifully decorated with updated decor. Units are very spacious with large closets and family/living rooms. The location is excellent for children/teens who want to explore around the village without a parent. It is so close to the ski lifts you do not feel exhausted... More

I would highly recommend East West Resorts and Beavercreek to anyone. We had a group of 10 from grandparents to infants and were all pleased with the friendly accomodating staff, ski delivery to our unit, and complimentary transportation. I was nervous with a large group with different ages and interests and we had an awesome trip! Everything was close by... More

We stayed at Hummingbird Lodge in Bachelor Gulch and found our three bedroom condo (B201) to be absolutely stunning. It was expensive but we are glad we splurged with our six children! (Ah, pretending to have the life of the rich and famous for a week!) East-West Resorts was tremendous and did their best to help with pricing. When we... More
