Our family has always wanted to stay at this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful resort in an unbeatable mountainside location. The hotel screams luxury, and the lobby is amazing. It is the small things that added to our family's experience - the free Smores kit and the outdoor firepit, the Allegria spa, the gym with lots... We checked in for one night as we were waiting for our condo to be ready. We've been there before for dinner and the Alligeria Spa. We received great customer service at the valet & reception. We even got an upgrade to a mountain view. The luggage was brought up promptly and we were fully informed about the room &... More

Amazing experience, views, plenty of activities (pool/tetherball/washers/corn holes/frisbee golf...all with resort fee; putt-putt, bungee jump, rock climbing - all for a fee and not hotel-owned) for kids. Beautiful lobby, plenty of areas inside and out to take a set, enjoy the views and read a book, enjoy a drink or just plan out your day. Concierge amazingly helpful and enjoys... More

We stayed here for two days and enjoyed the stay very much. The room was spacious with good silent clima control. Breakfast was delicous, superb! The pool and spa neat and clean. All personel very friendly and helpfull. The location in village good with easy access to all trails and near everything the village.

This is the plushest hotel we've ever stayed in, better than some Four Seasons and a crown jewel of the Hyatt chain. There is a reason there are only two "Level 7" Hyatt hotels in the United States. This hotel is one of them. We were at first reluctant to stay at a snow skiing resort in August, fearing everything... More

My wife and I spent 4th of July weekend in Beaver Creek and stayed at the Park Hyatt. This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to, and I can only imagine staying here in the winter. The service, cleanliness, room quality, food, etc. was all top notch. The lobby is amazing and the rooms don’t disappoint either.... More

There were lots of dogs as the reviewer mentioned below; however, ALL dogs were well-mannered and none of them stunk, nor did any part of the property stink. The reviewer below was obviously upset with their lack of congratulatory amenities and were angry about everyone else's happiness. It was pure joy seeing these happy pets! Not only that, but these... Stayed here for 3 nights in July as we explored Vail/Beaver Creek. Our original plan was to stay 4 nights, but a horrific thunderstorm delayed our arrival and meant we had to spend our original first night in Denver rather than Beaver Creek. Even though we were past cancellation time when we called, Maya at the front desk was great... More

I'm a loyal Hyatt customer and I was expecting a lot more from a Park Hyatt. This was the worst one I've stayed at. The good: the exterior of the property was very nice, and the location excellent. I had a beautiful view from my room. Generally my customer service experiences were also good. I really loved the game room,... More

We're regulars at the Park Hyatt but have noticed a shift in attention to detail, more notably during our last 2 stays. Room cleanliness (especially the bathrooms) is remarkably bad despite mentioning this on repeated Hyatt surveys. Maybe they don't read them? We've resorted to traveling with Lysol wipes/bathroom cleaner as we do love many things about this property, esp.... More
