We got back from staying at the Ritz Bachelor Gulch 5 days ago. Here is where I will begin (at the 5 day post trip point). On Thursday I brought 2 PRE LABELED 40 LB boxes down to the concierge for them to be shipped back to my home. All they had to do was put the boxes with the... More

My wife and I decided to squeeze in a ski weekend vacation just before the School Christmas Break. It was fabulous. Snow was decent for an intermediate skier. Meals in the Ritz Bachelor Gulch were wholesome with natural flavor. The best part was the lack of crowds. Shopkeepers were friendly. Beaver Creek guides were helpful.

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch, Rm 907 in February 2015. It was very nice. It is perfectly located as the base of the Bachelor Gulch lift. Great ski-in, ski-out. Each day, they have a marshmallow roast next to their large outdoor pool that they heat to 82 degrees. Around that pool are several hot tubs, which seem... More

I work for FTI and got in a couple days early to sneak in a day or two of skiing. Stopped in the Bachelor Club (bar) and overheard Tamara the waitress talking about how "loaded and stupid" people from our company are. Really? We rent out this entire place every year and that's what you think of us?????

Such a beautiful property....amazing service. The location of this hotel is perfect for the snow lover. Ski in and ski out with the best apres ski. After a long day on the slopes you can hit the most amazing spa and sit in the hot tub or sauna and relax your sore muscles. Then enjoy dinner at one of the... More

I was having two days of nightmare with concierge service who is responsible, by hotel rules, for delivering various shipments to hotel guests. I was like in never-ending story, with not so happy end. First, I was transferred from one concierge to another, then my shipment was vanished, even I have had a proof of delivery, signed by someone from... More

Very nice hotel with quality restaurants inside. Service is a bit lower than other Ritz properties. The staff doesn't really go out of their way to make recommendations for area sights or restaurants. It's like pulling teeth. They didn't even tell us about Zach's, an amazing restaurant at the top of the slope that you take a sleigh ride to.... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We do feel that our ski-in, ski-out location has much to offer in regards to convenience to Beaver Creek Mountain, along with the continuous complimentary shuttle service that runs between our resort and BC Village. We hope this allows guests to experience both areas and the uniqueness of what each... More

The property is terrific and up to Ritz standards. The rooms, however, are marginal for the price point. At over $1000 a night, a mini bar, larger tv, and updated furnishings would have been nice. Everything seemed very enclosed. For the price, check out the Westin just down the street.

This place is located in the Bachelor Gulch area of Beaver Creek. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The ski valet personnel are excellent and it's great being able to walk outside, put on your skis and ride the chairlift all within steps of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable. There is a shuttle service that runs constantly to the... More

If you have children, stay away from this place! Your children's safety could be at risk. Our children attended the Kids club and had an incident with one of the other children. When we tried to address it, The Ritz absolutely ignored us and forced the authorities to get search warranties to get to the bottom of the incident. The... More
