We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch, Rm 907 in February 2015. It was very nice. It is perfectly located as the base of the Bachelor Gulch lift. Great ski-in, ski-out. Each day, they have a marshmallow roast next to their large outdoor pool that they heat to 82 degrees. Around that pool are several hot tubs, which seem... More

Such a beautiful property....amazing service. The location of this hotel is perfect for the snow lover. Ski in and ski out with the best apres ski. After a long day on the slopes you can hit the most amazing spa and sit in the hot tub or sauna and relax your sore muscles. Then enjoy dinner at one of the... More

I was having two days of nightmare with concierge service who is responsible, by hotel rules, for delivering various shipments to hotel guests. I was like in never-ending story, with not so happy end. First, I was transferred from one concierge to another, then my shipment was vanished, even I have had a proof of delivery, signed by someone from... More

Very nice hotel with quality restaurants inside. Service is a bit lower than other Ritz properties. The staff doesn't really go out of their way to make recommendations for area sights or restaurants. It's like pulling teeth. They didn't even tell us about Zach's, an amazing restaurant at the top of the slope that you take a sleigh ride to.... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We do feel that our ski-in, ski-out location has much to offer in regards to convenience to Beaver Creek Mountain, along with the continuous complimentary shuttle service that runs between our resort and BC Village. We hope this allows guests to experience both areas and the uniqueness of what each... More

The property is terrific and up to Ritz standards. The rooms, however, are marginal for the price point. At over $1000 a night, a mini bar, larger tv, and updated furnishings would have been nice. Everything seemed very enclosed. For the price, check out the Westin just down the street.

This place is located in the Bachelor Gulch area of Beaver Creek. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The ski valet personnel are excellent and it's great being able to walk outside, put on your skis and ride the chairlift all within steps of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable. There is a shuttle service that runs constantly to the... More

The convenience of our ski-in, ski-out location on Beaver Creek Mountain is a feature that appeals to guests of all ages. Along with the complimentary shuttle service to Beaver Creek our guests are able to enjoy the best of both worlds, and I'm pleased to hear you were able to experience both first hand. We hope to welcome you back... More

If you have children, stay away from this place! Your children's safety could be at risk. Our children attended the Kids club and had an incident with one of the other children. When we tried to address it, The Ritz absolutely ignored us and forced the authorities to get search warranties to get to the bottom of the incident. The... More

Uncharacteristic of other Ritz-Carlton properties, the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch provides absolutely terrible customer service, starting at the top with their General Manager (GM) Abdullah Vural. Mr. Vural's deplorable attitude toward customers apparently has permeated the staff, as the reservations, front desk and accounting staff followed his lead in delivering extremely poor service. We had booked a one-night stay at the... More

If you are not traveling with kids in ski school or if you do not need to use the shuttle service, then this is a great place. Beautiful set up. Rooms are acceptable for this price point and the food, drinks and atmosphere are above average. Now for those of us who don't mind paying over $1,000/night if everything is... More

One of the great amenities and experiences at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch is the Ski Nanny program offered through Ritz Kids, a Jean-Michel Cousteau partnered program. Certified Ritz Kids Attendants of the Ski Nanny program offer the enhanced convenience and care of escorting our little skiers ages 5-12 to Beaver Creek Ski School, allowing parents the opportunity to maximize their... This was our 3 straight year to go skiing at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch. The ski valet is awesome! They put on your warm ski boots for you, while giving you hot chocolate or hot apple cider. They wait on you hand and foot and make your vacation a memorable experience. The food is outstanding in all the restaurants.... More
