The rooms have been refurbed in September 2014. The old breakfast/coffee bar has been taken out and the space integrated into Buffalos restaurant. There is a new smoking /cigar bar at the end past the ski storage/shop. The "Club" level is fantastic - more food and alcoholic drinks than any normal person can eat/drink. We had 2 club suites which... More

Disclaimer: my husband's yearly managers meeting was held here the second weekend in December, so we did not pay for anything at the hotel. I am in no way accustomed to staying in this kind of hotel, just FYI. :) Honestly, there was NOTHING to hate, I tried, believe me. Okay, so the price of the rooms is exorbitant, but... More

There is no find a place to stay in this area than the bachelor Gulch, Ritz Carlton timeshare condos. It is now called the Timbers resort and has even upgraded it's quality. They even have a ski valet. Dressing your ski clothes and wear your slippers, take the elevator to the first floor to the ski valet. They will put... More

Joined my husband on a business trip in September. The location of the hotel is breathtaking. The aspens were turning and it was a spectacular week with high temps. After traveling for a whole day I chose to have room service. That was a mistake. I'm guessing this was off-season and their main restaurant was not open. I had a... More

We just visited the Ritz in Bachelor Gulch for our honeymoon and had the best time of our lives! We had an amazing photo shoot with The Photography Concierge and the surprise video was UNREAL! These pictures are excellent and will last us a lifetime! We went skiing and visited Vail and Beaver Creek. The view from our room was... More

We just spent the most incredible week at this resort WITH OUR LARGE 8 month old 100+ pound PUPPY, celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary & Thanksgiving. Yes this resort is a splurge, particularly in the peak winter season, but I'm telling you now it's worth every penny. It's like no other Ritz you have experienced. Completly unpretentious casual luxury. From... More

This is our favorite spot in the summer. We've been all over the US and Europe and I've been all over Asia and this is still our favorite hotel. Why? It's all about the Ritz Carlton service. We've spent three summers in BG (that's Bachelor Gulch) and in all of the hundreds of encounters with dozens and dozens of staff... More

I live in Denver and attended a wedding here almost 10 years ago. My wife and I have returned every year since (with kids now), usually in September when the aspens are peaking and the rates somewhat reasonable. Pool is incredible and attracts singles, couples, families....anybody. 4 hot tubs to choose from and an incredible spa. Steam room is one... More

My husband surprised me with an anniversary celebration at this fantastic place. I loved everything about this hotel. Hiking behind the hotel, running amongst the fall aspens, great food and exceptional service. This place has the best spa setup that I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend this hotel as an experience you will never forget.

We stayed here for our daughter's 2nd birthday in November 2012 and they did it up well! This property personifies everything you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton. The staff is excellent--always greeting you by name, remembering your preferences, and going above and beyond to ensure your experience is top notch. You absolutely must spend time with the resident St. Bernard,... More
