I didn't appreciate this place as much as I should have! Now that I've stayed elsewhere in BC I must say this is primo! Lovely service and the best setting. Rooms are too die for. A perfect treat. It's expensive but I highly recommend.

We spent 3 days over the father's day week end attending best friends daughter's wedding. Arrived at 11pm at the resort and immediately were whisked away by friends who were in the lobby. Two hours later, realized that we had not checked in, or dealt with the rental car and luggage. When we finally made it to the front desk,... More

When traveling, I try to stay at Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons if possible. I've found both chains to be very dependable with respect to service and amenities, albeit hideously expensive. We've been to the Beaver Creek area several times, in both summer and winter, and while we'd skied the Bachelor Gulch area, had never stayed at the Ritz there.... More

There are few hotels that make you feel that you are at home away from home. This is one of them. All the staff are so friendly, yet professional, and it is such a pleasure to stay on the property. Greeted by Ivette, a 9 year veteran, and such a sweetheart, she help me locate a room with a valley... More

We just spent 2 nights here with our kids (ages 7 & 8) and loved the resort! The staff is super friendly-Powers @ the concierge desk was very helpful with restaurants- we enjoyed several wonderful meals in Beaver Creek and Vail. Our kids really liked the kids club- movies & munchies 4pm- 6pm while we enjoyed a nice break with... More

We had a beautiful suite with a lovely view of the mountains. Very relaxing! Staff was very accommodating to our every request. The spa is amazing! Several warm/cold pools from which to choose. Treatments were wonderful! Spent several hours in the spa and really hated to leave! The bartenders and servers in the restaurants were very pleasant and efficient. Food... More

The view here is amazing! Meet the mascot-the adorable St. Bernard-a perfect speciman of a St. Bernard! We were here for a week and enjoyed so much. We went horse back riding, white water rafting, dirtbike riding, and dined & dined! Vail has so much to do which is super close by and in the summer has an amazing farmer's... More

This hotel is in a gorgeous setting, and the staff are wonderful. My one tip is to definitely splurge on the Club Level. You get breakfast, snacks, and all drinks covered throughout the day, as well as very knowledgeable and friendly staff that will help you plan your visit. Many thanks to Daniella, Ryan, and the rest of the club... More

Kelly, I am so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your recent stay with us. I also agree that the Club Level has much to offer-including food presentations throughout the day, and as you mentioned, a great concierge team as well! It's also frequently a favorite among families traveling with children. I'm sorry to hear your experience in Spago was... More

I was really torn about this review. On the positive side, the setting is beautiful, the staff are both friendly and professional and rooms are nicely appointed. But over $50.00 a person for what was a steamtable pre-made breakfast with one type of egg, sausage, bacon (all of which rapidly grew cold) with some juices, cut up fruit and not... More

Dear Rose, thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback from your recent stay. What a beautiful setting and an amazing hotel. Lives up to the Ritz 5-star level of service. We did some hiking on the village to village trail that led us into Beaver Creek where there are lots of great shops and galleries. The spa services are varied but a bit pricey. Do ask for the specials of the day. The... More
