Fabulous setting! Extremely comfortable and welcoming surroundings! Outstanding service; Servers at Buffalo's, Valet attendants, the front desk staff and of course "Bell" and "Bachelor":) The one bedroom residence suite was perfect! The only disappointment was the view out our 2 windows. We were over a roof peak which blocked some of the view. Otherwise, we loved it and the surrounding... More

I recently attended a conference at this hotel and all items were well above average. My room was fantastic and came with two bathrooms and a fireplace. This hotel is truly top notch and reeks of elegance. All food and amenities were top notch. The only down side is they charge a $25 a night resort charge and $50 a... More

We have just returned from a fantastic mini break with our dog Harry. The hotel, staff, food and drink just couldn't have been better! My husband and I loved the beautiful and relaxing feel of the hotel but our dog Harry was the truly pampered one. It is nice to get away from Denver for a quick break and being... More

Recently attended a meeting at this hotel. It would be hard to find a more spectacular setting. Truly a majestic mountain "lodge" as only Ritz-Carlton could imagine. Great Food & Beverage outlets, incredible spa and

We had 16 people including 8 children ranging in age from 4 to 13 at the hotel for 5 nights and everything was perfect. The rooms are great with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The service in all areas was terrific from the front desk at check to check out. The conceriage service was outstanding with special kudos to... More

This is another one of my favorites. Both restaurants (one being Spago) are fantastic. The new cigar bar has nudged this place up to my top spot for the Beaver Creek / Vail area. Service is flawless from valet to check out. The private chair lift and ski valet make this the most convenient throughout the area for skiing. You... More

Because it was a dog friendly RC and the surroundings/activities are very beautiful and athletic....the guests are more laid back, down to earth. Average age of guests were probably between 40-65 years of age. A few family reunions, but nothing too big or loud or overpowering. The staff was most exceptional. Daniel "Corona" was fantastic at the front desk. Walked... More

This is a beautiful property, the rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The level of customer service at this hotel is EXCELLENT! Top of the line! Specially the ladies in the club lounge, they were very welcoming and friendly; always dropping by the tables to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely recommend this property and if... More

We stayed 2 nights here in July. This is a beautiful hotel with great architecture and facilities and service, as you would expect from Ritz-Carlton. We stayed at the Club Level and the service there was excellent and friendly, and the food was great. Our room had a gas fireplace which would be great in the winter. We ate one... More

We love staying at great places across the West Coast and especially in the Vail/Beaver Creek area. Our favorite hotel has been the Arabelle in Vail Village, but after spending a night at this particular Ritz, we have a new family favorite. There is something strange about the ambiance of this hotel. It was away from everything, peaceful, and relaxing.... More
