My family of 3 spent the weekend at this fabulous resort recently. The breathtaking views and fabulous service would have been enough but this will be a vacation we'll never forget thanks to the new Photography Concierge on property! Cheryl was our photographer and she was AMAZING. She was so patient and engaging with our 8-month old daughter during the... More

A hotel straight out of central casting. Located mid-mountain in a private setting, the entire place oozes cozy mountain cabin. Even the long drive from the gated entrance to the hotel entrance sets the mood. Upon entrance to the relatively spartan lobby with its wood burning fireplace and beamed ceiling, the proper tone is set. Although the flooring in the... More

This resort isn't your typical Ritz-Carlton hotel experience. This place is very rustic, casual, and feels somewhat like a big ranch . The outdoor pool area is beautiful, with three large hot tubs. The mountains, Aspens and flowers in this area provide an outstanding backdrop for enjoying nature. The fitness center, spa, and grotto area are just amazing. We stayed... More

Stayed for a 4 day weekend while attending a friend's celebration. Everyone from the doorman to the concierge to the coffee bar lady to the pool staff were outgoing, attentive, concerned and truly service oriented. This hotel is clearly well led by its general manager and the service demonstrated that. We were upgraded to a wonderful one bedroom suite which... More

My husband and I have spent at least half of our 15 wedding anniversaries together at a Ritz Carlton property. This year we didn't know what to expect while celebrating our anniversary at the Ritz in Bachelor Gulch. Typically we enjoy spending our vacations in front of an ocean and relaxing by the pool. This year we've discovered that a... More

We were here on business for one night. The room was beautiful. The food was very good in the restaurant but the waiter was very glum and irritable. The desk staff on check-in were in a miserable mood, but desk staff next morning was peppy and friendly. Room service ice cream was gummy, old, freezer burned ...inedible. Valet and bellmen... More

I have been to the Ritz in Bachelor Gulch for lunch and drinks several times. I have never stayed there overnight. It used to be a great destination to hike to or take the bus system to and have a glass of wine on the patio or lunch. Recently, with some of the changes, the service has really gone downhill... Let me start by saying that we had a wonderful time visiting the Beaver Creek area this summer and staying at the Ritz-Carlton. It's a great hotel. When you say Ritz-Carlton you think of a high-end hotel with outstanding customer service to match its expensive prices. The facility (building, amenties, etcs) matches the brand. Some of the customer service match... More

The Staff at this Ritz-Carlton are wonderful, happy people! This makes for a very lovely stay when you are interacting with them. However, the hotel itself is a bit quirky. If you want a peaceful, restful vacation spot, then this Hotel certainly fits that bill. The Hotel is quite understated, and tucked up on a nice mountain. Pets are fully... More

The resort is lovely and the rooms are very nicely appointed with sumptuous fabrics and tasteful artwork. The bathroom was excellent, as you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton property. The outside areas were nice enough, with a great view up the mountainside. The addition of an outdoor fire pit was a good touch, and a popular spot in the evenings.... More
