We rented a four bedroom condo at the Ritz Carlton Residences. The service we received was exceptional, the condo spacious, and the environment peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect venue for a planned surprise birthday outing and the personal concierge service was exceptional.

This was our first time staying at a Ritz Carlton- we were here for a conference and family vacation. The hotel is lovely but not as impressive as I thought it would be. The restaurants were over-priced and were nothing special. The location for the hotel is great for skiing. The ski valets were some of the best we have... More

Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay at our resort. The Beaver Creek shuttle does run on a "dial-a-ride" schedule and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We strive to give all our guests the very best experience possible and we will use your comments to continue our training and improvement process. More

We had booked a regular room. But there was a fridge in the room. The larger suites were a better choice for families. Some of the neighbors were loud though. The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff incredibly nice. The childrens activities were awesome. If you can't ski and plan on using the beaver creek school you must... More

We visit Beaver Creek once a year and usually have lunch at the Ritz Carlton. The hotel is a beautiful lodge with exposed large wood beams. The fireplace in the sitting area is a great spot to unwind after a day of skiing. Outside the après ski is fun with a small band playing great music. While the hotel is... More

The prices would put this property in the same class as places such the Montage properties and the Sanctuary, But the RCBG isn't up to the same level. It's good, very good, but just not as good as the others for the price you pay. The room was nice but some of the furniture looked like it would fit in... More

Of course you expect both from the Ritz, but this was an exceptional experience. The rooms are gorgeous and the views are spectacular, but what impressed me most was the personal service from every staff member. If you want an experience that's all about you - as opposed to one that's all about the area around you - I can't... More

A very prestigious resort and well worth it. We stayed on the club level. The food and beverages are included and so delicious! That saved us money on buying the kids snacks, breakfast and lunch. Danielle helped us every day. She even sent surprise cupcakes to our room to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Apres ski is the best here. Music,... More

Spent Spring Break with the family for a ski vacation at Ritz Carlton Bachelors Gulch ...and it was fantastic . It is a fabulous resort with an unparalleled location mid mountain at Beaver Creek. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite by Shannon ...that really enhanced the week. The skis are offloaded as soon as you arrive ...and are... More

Vail is mainstream. Yeah. Not too much local flavor. Maybe. Outrageously expensive. Spot on. It would seem like Vail would not need all the glamour that makes it so expensive to get and stay there. It is, after all, one of the best, if not the best ski resort in the US. Well, that much is true, but if you... More
